1945年克洛夫旅館(1945 on Kloof Guesthouse)

The guest house is more boutique hotel than guest house. The aesthetic is amazing, great attention to detail. Very intimate. Room spacious and comfort bed and pillows. Warren the host gave excellent service always checking in if we have everything we need. The food was amazing the streak well prepared and flavourful. Would definitely go back!!!!!

An absolutely awesome find! This very small hotel is located in the quite suburb of Observatory in Johannesburg, central to everything you need and just 15 minutes from the airport, the property is very secure. Very quiet, tranquil surroundings, 1945 On Kloof has very comfortably appointed rooms with everything you might need. Sheets and towels are excellent quality and everything is super clean. Breakfasts are home-cooked and delicious - we also had a great lunch here. The manager, Warren, and other staff members go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. You cannot go wrong here, it is now a firm favorite for me.

On rare occasions, you find a place not expecting very much and then you're gobsmacked by how amazing a find it is. 1945 On Kloof is one of those places. Located in a quite neighborhood that is central to everything in Johannesburg this boutique hotel astounds. Staff are superb and go out if their way to make your stay perfect. The manager, Warren, acknowledges and responds to every request with a desire to ensure the needs of every guest is met. Food is great for such a small establishment and everything cooked fresh. Rooms are small but with all modern conveniences and so clean it feels like you're the first guest there. This hotel is now a firm favorite and I'll recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful, safe place to stay in Johannesburg.

Absolutely Superb! Attention to detail. Rooms are beautiful, clean and beds are very comfortable. It was truly amazing, the stuff are prompt, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is absolutely on point to fit your taste buds. We will definitely stay here again.

If you need a 5 star experience in the heart of Johannesburg then 1945 on Kloof is a must. Beautifully curated rooms, comfortable beds, large towels, bathrobes, ample hanging space, air conditioning and stunning styling. To top things off, Warren your excellent host will cook you a hearty meal at the end of a long day:)

Excellent guesthouse. Pure luxury! We had a lovely overnight stay before an early morning flight at OR Tambo airport. Warren accommodated us even though we could only check in late at 23:40 from Nelspruit. He even went as far as preparing us something to eat since restaurants in the area were closed.

What an incredible place to stay. Not only were the rooms spotless and beautifully decorated, the staff and the manager Warren looked after us and went above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend this wonderful lodge to anyone wanting a safe, beautiful and memorable experience in Johannesburg.
