Many thanks for the excellent service and follow-up. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. You have excellent staff and an excellent online service. It was very easy for me to get in touch and get booked. The meals are affordable and well done. There is urgent need to refurbish the rooms, particularly G3. The door locking system, the floors in the room and bathrooms, the furniture all need to be urgently replaced. I experienced moderate discomfort. Otherwise, everything is good.

Nice boutique hotel with a great bar and restaurant. Food was fantastic particularly the African cuisine, you don’t need to eat anywhere else. Friendly and esrm staff. Location wasn’t that great, did not feel safe going out at night and was asked to donate money by the guard working at the hotel after asking for directions.

Too much noise coming from downstairs bar and the location is too noisy. I couldn't sleep until 4am .About breakfast 2slices of breakfast for breakfast uuuum no.I end up drinking tea with eggs and bec

Bannister ist located cantral and has a nice restaurant/bar in the basement with tasty typical food. The Stuff was realy nice and caring. As far as it's not recommended for white tourists to walk around alone they had good advices.

The hotel had a generator so the stay was nice, clean. Although there was no cutlery in the room. You have to ask for staff at the reception. What is also nice is that they have restaurant and bar inside the hotel.

Had to look for other accomadations. Not a 8.0 hotel. In the slums. Man hanging out on stairs. Desk agent never addressed me. Area made me feel unsafe

The reception and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast is also great considering that it is part of the accomodation costs. This is a no frills hotel in the middle of a very vibrant part of the city. The noise levels are high during the night due to the surrounding area. Very close to the hop on hop off bus stop. If you are a tourist, you could consider this. I loved my stay at the Bannister.

I stayed in a hotel for 10 days. During my stay, there was a wifi cut-off which happened without prior notification to clients. This caused a lot of inconveniences as I booked the hotel to attend classes at Wits University, therefore, I was depending entirely on the wifi to do my schoolwork. This means that on the two days, I failed to do my school work properly.

The rooms are very small and they are not value for money, there were cockroaches running around at night, the room has no air conditioning so it was very hot, the shower curtains are short so after bathing water was running from the bathroom to the room. The place is noisy and overall experience was terrible.
