Life on Third is a great spot for an easy stay in a quiet area. The fantastic staff are eager to assist and make for a comfortable time. The place is well situated for easy access to both central Joburg and Sandton areas. Will come again.

We enjoyed 2 nights in November at Life on 3rd. We arranged an airport transfer through Lydia which worked very smoothly and arrival at the GuestHouse was warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable and Lydia was available and helpful every step of the way. She is a gem!

Nothing short of amazing. The service was amazing. The rooms were very clean and tidy-they are just as they are advertised. The food served at breakfast was very tasty. I would definitely come back again.

We had a very short stay, arriving in the evening and departing at 6am. We requested some breakfast prepared the night before. Appreciated the simple bacon and egg sandwiches prepared for us. Happy with our stay. Quaint, cosy, clean and welcoming.

Lydia makes you feel at home. The little guesthouse is located in a very safe neighborhood, has good breakfast and nice rooms with comfortable beds and own bathroom attached. Staff is very helpful every time.

I enjoyed my stay and the assistant was so friendly and she attended to all my queries with calm and respect. The sheets were very clean and the rooms were clean and I enjoyed the peace that came with the surroundings

From the get-go, we received excellent costumer service. Friendly staff and lovely place. It's the perfect stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast as well. You feel safe, as they have security guards outside. Highly recommended.

Lovely little guesthouse in a leafy quiet area. Everything was clean, and the Manager was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The only minor gripe would be on the toilet sliding door, and the toilet roll holder that fell off.

We felt very welcome and the atmosphere was friendly and warm. The staff was very helpful and made us feel at home. The beds and bedding were super comfortable and I slept better than usual. The location was also perfect for our purposes too.
