薩沃伊普羅菲爾飯店(ProfilHotels Savoy)

My family and I were looking forward to our stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, our vehicle broke down on the way, causing us to miss our reservation. Despite our best efforts to explain the situation to the hotel staff, they refused to let us change the booking or provide any form of accommodation assistance. Not only were we unable to stay at the hotel, but we were also charged for the room we never used. This lack of flexibility and empathy from the hotel management left a sour taste in our mouths. Disappointing customer service like this makes it difficult to recommend this establishment to others.

The hotel was nice with comfortable beds and very friendly and service minded staff. Unfortunately there was a night club that on Friday and Saturday played loud music very late. We were lucky and could sleep even though we heard the noise (had asked for a quite room) but some in our group weren't able to sleep before the music stopped very late.

I enjoyed my staying in the hotel. I requested a quite room and that was the case. The stuff is very professional. The hotel is located in a central place within the city. That enabled me to move around the city and explore. Also, the hotel is close to several restaurants and cafes. It is easily accessible from the train station.

2 nätter utan sömn, första natten pga en horribel extrasäng. Andra natten blev dock hundra resor värre. Hotellrum direkt ovanför en bar som har öppet till 03. Liveband till 01:45. Omöjligt att sova, inte en upplevelse som jag skulle rekommendera. Hade en 8 åring med oss och fick rum direkt ovanför baren på 2:a våningen. Sängen vibrerade och öronproppar som erbjöds va definitivt inte tillräckligt för att hålla oljudet borta. 2 nätter utan sömn, kan ej rekommendera. Receptionisten var snäll och försökte sitt bästa.

Fint hotell, centralt, bilder som visades när vi valde rummet överensstämde inte med verkligheten men helt ok, vi sov ju bara där. Låg en smutsig handduk kvar på bänken när vi kom dit men inte värre än att vi sparkade bort den i hörnet. Saknade en ringklocka eller liknande i receptionen. Stort fint gym, bastun var stor och fin, lite tråkigt att det var uppdelat dam och herr. En gubbe tyckte dock att skyltarna för dam- och herromklädningsrummen var otydliga, han sprang och duschade flera gånger hos damerna.. Jag sa till honom men fick intrycket av att han tyckte jag var besvärlig. Jag tyckte det var besvärligt och obehagligt att han gick som han ville på en plats där jag och andra ska kunna näcka och byta om i ro. Kanske fler tydliga skyltar och på olika språk behövs? Bubbelpoolen testade jag aldrig, lämnade platsen. God frukostbuffé, en hel del att välja på, inte den bästa men långt ifrån den sämsta. Duschen var lite knepig på rummet, krävdes oerhört små justeringar där det åt ena hållet var som att duscha i isbitar och andra hållet eldflammor. Väldigt lyhört, hörde folk gå omkring i rummen och i dörrarna på nätterna, en nattklubb precis intill som spelade musik till ca kl 03, men öronproppar låg intill sängen när vi kom. Parkeringshus fanns i närheten, 120kr/dygn. Glömde tyvärr ta bilder på rummet.

Generally speaking a pleasant 3-night stay. The room was tidy and presented as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beds. The breakfast was quite alright, although with only a few meagre, unappetizing vegetarian/vegan options available. Hotel staff were very pleasant to interact with and quite accomodating. However, the cleaning staff were rather noisy and unprofessional, and they had managed to leave behind dirty cleaning supplies in our room multiple times to our chagrin. The room feels neither "clean" nor "cleaned" when you have to pick up dirty washrags from the desk, right next to our own belongings. We were woken up on the morning of our third night by a cleaner speaking loudly on the phone in the room opposite of ours with the door wide open. Past that we discovered extensive spotting of mold in the shower. Some rooms, including ours, have the toilet & washbasin almost overlapping which makes a narrow fit for some people. It was not an issue to us personally but the staff immediately offered a new room if it would turn out an inconvenience, they similarly offered to swap when we discovered the mold.

Great welcoming service. Breakfast impressive with good choices. The bedsofa was less good, hard and uncomfortable, it was ment to be for our two kids but they would have never fit in that bed but we asked for an extra bed and got it without charge.

Very friendly front desk. The bubble bath was out of order, but that was communicated on the homepage in forehand. The room was god but not completly cleaned.
