毛伊景觀 - 毛伊公寓式客房之家飯店(Maui Vista – Maui Condo & Home)

Das Zimmer, Ausstattung etc. war super. Es war groß, die Lage war top. Grandiosen Sonnenuntergänge von Balkon aus. Einzige "Problem" war das Check-in. Im Trip steht das es ein Hotel ist und wird überall als hotel bezeichnet. Es ist kein Hotel, es gab nur einen Telefonnummer womit man der Vermieter angeblich kontaktieren sollte um ein Check in zu vereinbaren. Da wir aber aus der EU kommen, können wir nicht USA anrufen... also standen wir 2-3 Stunden da und haben gehofft das es uns jemand hilft oder irgendwas passiert. Zum Glück war der Security von diesen Komplex mit Eigentumswohnungen da und konnten von seinen Handy dieses Nummer anrufen und dann haben wir unsere Pin erst bekommen. Also ich Empfehle es mit zwei Händen, aber bitte hinterlassen Sie bitte auch eine Email Adresse oder whatsapp sodass der Kontakt einfacher wird. (Kundebservice von Trip war auch nicht hilfreich, wäre der Security im Maui vista nicht da hätten wir woanders übernachten müssen)

We liked being so close to the beach. A nice lanai. The kitchen had most things you need to prepare meals (the tea kettle was missing). We asked for a kettle and never got one. The bathroom needs a ventilation fan, way too hot. The air conditioner was a window unit in living room, only a couple of fans in bedroom, no a/c.

Property was very nice just a little on the outdated side. It reminded me of my great grandmas house which is not a bad thing everything worked properly and was clean that’s just my take on it thank you

The property was a bit outdated. The listing stated the unit had A/C, but upon arrival, instructions stated A/C could not be made any colder than 72, which is quite warm. The shower was not working and it took multiple calls/days to get it fixed.

Easy access to the beach an local dining options. Only suggestion is to have better lighting as it is dark in the evening

Saw a cockroach in the bathroom and kitchen air conditioning was very loud and didn’t really work well wouldn’t stay at property again

The only problem that I had was putting in a request to have the clogged bathtub looked at and never hearing back.

I loved everything from the property. It was closed to shops and stores and the beach was across from the property so it was nice to walk instead of driving. The amenities were perfect with the pool and tennis court. Also having a kitchen was perfect to have homemade breakfast and snack and the washer and dryer was helpful as well. Thank you for having us and will come back again and rent the place again, recommend this property
