Даже не знаю, надо бы вспомнить недостатки. Наверное, отсутствие холодильника/минибара в номере. И сами номера метров 15-18, но это не неожиданность. В остальном - сплошные достоинства. Расположение прямо на море, с терраской вдоль всего фасада (по настилу можно дойти до торгового центра рядом, и дальше до университета). Вид на яхтенный порт и чуть дальше - на торговый. Прекрасно, нескучно! До вокзала пять минут неспешной ходьбы. До знаменитого замка - 15. Сон отличный. Звукоизоляция в норме, подушки разные на любителя. В номере тепло, несмотря на погоду (я был зимой). Вода из крана питьевая, причём она ВКУСНАЯ. К сервису нет вопросов, он быстрый и незаметный. В номерах не убирают и полотенца не меняют без запроса, и правильно делают. Завтраки хорошие, 2-3 дня можно кушать не повторяясь. Может быть, не хватило селёдки или в этом роде. Есть даже арбуз и ананас. В том ресторанчике есть также ранний ужин (с 17 до 20:30), тоже шведский стол. Из ресторанчика, само собой, тоже выход на террасу к воде. Но самое главное - стиль! За него плюс балл. Это бывший склад или что-то такое. Старые конструкции частично сохранены. Потолки, правда, низкие, но это не напрягает и даже усиливает уют. А уж деревянный променад с выходом к яхтам и к центру города!.. Короче, я остался в восторге.

Upon pulling back the doona on the bed we saw 3 silverfish skuttle across the sheet. Although we had a laugh, it was certainly not what we expected. Aside from that, we slept ok and the next morning we very much enjoyed the breakfast they had on offer. It was all very fresh and all very tasty. I went to reception as a coutesy to let them know the issues we had experienced and although the young girl wrote down what I told her explaining she would let management know, we were not offered an apology. That surprised me considering we are both seasoned travellers and have come to expect better. So when we arrived home I wrote a polite email to the manager detailing our stay and that although we recognise that sometimes cleaners etc can overlook things and just wanted to let them know of our disappointment. We received no reply. So I wrote to their facebook page and inquired if we would get a reply regarding our email. The post was read but again we received no reply. Sorry , but for an establishment that seems to have most of the boxes ticked in a stunning setting and friendly helpful staff, you do not win any points for your inability to show respect to a customer who thought bringing these issues to your attention would help. Someone needs to pull their socks up.

I had reay good experience staying there. There was friendly and helpful stuff and tasty breakfast. Location played crucial role in my planning because it is next to city center where it is close to every interesting place.
