它位於市中心，所以位置很好，比較乾淨，工作人員也很友好。很高興附近有韓國大使館和韓國餐廳。

Always love the ambience. The ability of the staff to listen n support you. I single out Ochieng the IT guru and Rita the front office lady. Both have excellent listening and engagement skills. Feels at home. The gym is good and good place to burn the calories. The challenge is maintaining this standards..and its the team to keep this high. All the best and cudos.

Service has been good. Really slow on the new years breakfast on the 1st, but the food was good. One of the managers, Babra, was very helpful and attentive. Overall our stay was enjoyable and relaxing.

Attentiveness of staff, staffs are very attentive to details.Highly recommended for visitors like me and others .many understanding staffs,attentive for senior,clean ,food,great samosa and amenities are great,clean dining and will come back again.

Customer care was great especially room service. The room was neat, clean and well organized! The food was tasty! My daughters enjoyed their stay and so did I. It’s was during Christmas holiday and the decorations was great.

Service wasn't so good because of the room change that took long. The rest was okay. Breakfast was splendid. Babra at the reception was very accommodating as well as Abdullah at the gym. Relaxing experience overall.

I love the reception they’re welcoming and kind, The food is testy would wish to come for more activities birthdays,anniversarys,meetings and many others 👌🏼 My stay was peaceful quiet and calm you forget to wake up😀 My daughter enjoyed everything swimming and food was her best thing. The hotel is great. I had a great experience at the gym, esp with the instructor Abdal. He is good very knowledgeable and is very patient. The gym also has great equipment. The food and service in the hotel in general are also great
