The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The pool and hot tub were nice! The room was clean and the breakfast was yummy. Our only problem was the shower wasn't very warm.

I stay at this hotel for the third time, and each time I am grateful to the owners and staff of this small, cozy place for their friendliness, willingness to help, and quick check-in at any time of day or night. The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with a fridge, microwave, safe, and an efficient, non-noisy heater. The area around the hotel is quiet, with mini-stores and cafes within walking distance. I will gladly come back here again.

Nice, spacious room. Main complaint is that the microwave didn't work. It would not pull out far enough to let me access the cord to see if it was unplugged. Also, when I attempted to access it from the back, the cabinet was much too heavy to move. There was some dirty plastic spoons and other trash behind it. I disposed what I could get to. Staff was very friendly & courteous, and there's even waffles & cereal for breakfast!

The place looked fine at a glance, but there was writing and mold on the shower curtain. Towels were all shades of grey. Missing ice bucket and the place was kept uncomfortablely warm. It wouldn't have been too bad but the AC didn't work quite right either. When I told the staff about the writing on the shower curtain they seemed unphased, like it was normal and did not offer to change it out. If you just need a place to sleep on your way somewhere like we did, it was a great price for a place to sleep.

Stayed at Rodeway Inn for one night. It served the purpose. Just needed a place to sleep. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean-ish. I guess it’s just an old property. Breakfast was included but ended too early (at 9 am) and we didn’t make it because we wanted to sleep in. Hot tub closes in November. We were disappointed about this part because we were trying to book hotels with hot tub for relaxing after hikes (Dec trip). No issues otherwise! Great location. Good enough if you are just passing through!

Great location in Kanab, walking distance from cute shops and restaurants. Free breakfast (appreciated) had coffee/ tea, a waffle maker, toast and basic sugar cereal options. The room was not very clean with an obvious oversight of grime around the sink area and in the shower, some red stains (lipstick?) on one bed's sheets, and one of the grossest microwaves I've seen. Towels looked stained because they were white and unbleached, but were clean. One of the beds dipped in in the middle. Basic accommodations for a very cheap price (no housekeeping checks during the stay - you get what you pay for).

Everything was fine ... after the first encounter at the front desk. He started to say 2nd floor, but I explained that we cannot climb stairs. He said they did not have a 1st floor room. I had to insist rather strongly and said we reserved a 1st floor room. We ended up in what I think was their ADA room which was perfect for our need, but not for a real ADA-need person. So it ended well for us.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel to do some hiking in the area. At check in the guy at the counter got into some weird shouting match with an employee about what time she started the next day. This went on until the employee left. Romm was very outdated and musty. I think the room was built to accommodate the Keebler Elves. The toilet was extremely low and the bathroom sink, and counter was barely above my knees and I'm only 5' 8" tall. The towels were very worn as was the bedding. The free "breakfast" is a pair of waffle makers with no tables or chairs to eat at. The bed was pretty comfortable and the A/C worked fine, so there were a couple positives. Will definately go back to Kanab for more hiking. Will definately not stay at this motel though.
