Obviously the area is underconstruction which explains the comment ... it is fine when not ... The staff was great but our cupboard doors didnt close in the kitchen, the bath and kitchen faucetts are about to break . pull out ... the floors were so dirty I wore shoes at all times ... made my white socks brown ... never mopped ... and the dishwasher was running with no dishes in it when I checked in (to make us think they were washed?) so we had to wash all the dishes upon arriving ... otherwise everything was great ... thank you

Worst experience ever. Your hotel staff who works Saturday morning (white guy /Asian girl) needs to learn some basic manners how to handle guests such a racist behaviour on Indian customers as they treated other guests with respect but treated us like we were staying there for free.. They wasted my 2 hours during checkin, not only that they offered me a broken room key . Bed sheets smelled like a urine. Yellow stains on 3/4 pillows and when I asked the staff to change they show me attitude. Go and learn some manners first !

I stayed with my small dog in a pet room. When we opened the door to the suite the door of dog urine was very overwhelming. There were smudged hand marks on the cupboards and stains on the furniture. We spent all of our time in the bedroom as it didn’t smell as bad. The head vinyl board had a drippy stain on it and hand marks and had clearly not been wiped clean in awhile.

The room is exceptionally clean, but I have some feedback. The TV is directed towards the wall, so when we were there as a family, I had to adjust the TV towards my daughter. Consequently, I couldn't watch it, and if I positioned it towards me, my daughter couldn't see. Another observation is about breakfast; it's the bad breakfast I've ever had. Also, we were served in biodegradable plastic glasses and plates. I greatly admire the professionalism of the receptionist, especially Mr. Phil. However, the female receptionists appeared quite rude.

Convenient location to hwy 417. Clean, modern. Excellent service. Pool was fantastic. Have stayed here before and property continues to be excellent.

Phil and his staff were very accommodating to our family during our stay. Room was wonderful only real complaint is the A/C was loud when it was on. Other then that stay was great! Would highly recommend this hotel 😊
