Where to begin. How about the time I ordered a chicken shawarma at 2 pm when the hotel restaurant was almost empty and it took them 45 minutes to bring it. And when they finally brought it - no chicken inside. Or the time I put the Do Not Disturb sign on my room but they cleaned it anyway, though only after emptying the trash on the desk and leaving it there and not leaving any towels. I don’t know what other options are available if you have to stay in Kano, but I would definitely look into other options.

We arrived at the hotel at night after driving a while from the airport to the hotel in the dark. I felt the light from the hotel was a beacon guiding us to the hotel. Once we arrived, it was an oasis with clean rooms, polite staff and nice service. I Will definitely come back here if I have a chance to visit Kano again in the near future.

Bristol palace hotel is indeed a palace a place for kings nd queens where 1st class citizen r meant to be . Join the trend of being a king in ur great palace very affordable n classy wit good quiet environment with great meals .. they have clean bathrooms and bathrooms , with well trained receptionist who would be at good service

Stayed a few nights for business, was pleasantly surprised with the quality, service and comfort of my stay. Nice room, great restaurant with a wide selection of dishes and overall friendly and attentive staff. I will definitely come back to this hotel the next time business takes me to Kano.
