Could be cleaner, shower stalls leaky, furniture somewhat run down, service excellent.

Needs maintenance. It is ill mentained. Bathroom is in very bad shape,flush was not working,water dripping on floor.service was good.breakfast also needs veraity. It is just like marriage halls.rooms are in good size,it is situated on main road .we'll connected

Horrible stay. Age old battered air conditioners not working properly. Wash basin tap leaking and water flowing down the basin and dripping on ground. Even toilet water dispenser not working. Would not recommend if you are.lookong for a decent stay

Had a great stay at this hotel. An absolutely splendid silver jubilee event was organized by the hotel staff. The rooms were quite clean, comfortable and well equipped. The services that they provided us were excellent and they took care of each and every requirement of our guests. Mr. Vikas Srivastava planned out our entire event with u**ost perfection and Mr. Amit Yadav, Mr. Amit Rathour and the entire hotel staff was so welcoming and friendly. They made sure that our function went off smoothly without any hassle. The food at Salt was delectable and they customized every meal as per our de***ds. All our guests who had travelled from various cities were thoroughly happy and satisfied. Overall, a great stay and a memorable event was given to us by this hotel.

Pathetic rooms and Hospitality by front desk as they were humiliating us by again and again forcing us to buy their additional rooms. Due to the reason of enjoying with our friends we took their suite but then also they were forcing us to buy their rooms. The front desk guy was too rude and was again and again calling us and humiliating us. The tone of talk was just terrible. They ruined our stay in Kanpur. Never gonna visit them again as nobody wants such filthy rooms, lift and also I forgot to mention the sanitary wares in their washroom were coming out

Clean and pleasent room,staff are polite and helpful, food are delicious. .***ager are very good. Thankyou vivek you make my stay memorable at Vijay Intercontinental. Near by market. I hope next time muje brekfast me or opinions mile.

We went with family for dinner yesterday at their restuarant. food quality was ok and the service was ok. However later on when we checked our bill we found that Rs. 258/- has bein levied for 2 bottles of mineral water. as against a MRP of Rs.60 per bottle (Total MRP for 2 bottles Rs.120/-) The MRP on mineral water supplied to Restaurants is inflated in the first place. No one would by a similar bottle of mineral water for Rs. 60/- from the market when the same mineral water of the same company is available in a different packing for Rs 20/- . Therfore the restaurant is already making a profit of 40/- per bottle at MRP. Charging even more than twice the MRP is unfair.

hey!! This side Md.Hasnain ,visited kanpur last week for bday celebration, have awsome experienced here. Place Nice Food with nice Ambience At salt And skfkall...with Nice Staff Will suggest others to visit too.
