I think maybe putting an under construction sign would make it look a little better. But other wise the rooms and inside was beautiful!! Staff was very nice as well! Will stay again for sure! 10/10!

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. Mouse in the room, kept messing with wrappers behind the bed. I had to slap the bed or wall everything for it to not make noise. GROSS. I called front desk and they didn’t answer-3 separate times. Shower had no water pressure. Water would go limp 2-3 inches out of the shower head, could not soap out of my hair. Speaking of the shower, the shower curtain didn’t reach the floor. What was all over the floor, even the floor towel was down and soaked. The deadbolt on the door to our room didn’t work. The outside door to our hall was constantly open and never locked. Anyone could have walked into the hotel at any point, and never been seen by front desk. Security and safety were at an all time low.

Still undergoing renovation. Place looks new and clean but many amenities are lacking. Will be a nice place when all done.

Staff seemed unpleasant to be at work and it showed. Some equipment was out from maintenance.

We can see you are making changes and that takes time. You'll get there in time to more stars..but keep working on what you have been.

They put allot of lipstick on but it doesnt fix the underlying issues. Biggest deal is mice, do not take food into your room!!!! No water pressure, floors are uneven under the carpet. They put some decent cosmetics but the underneath need to be fixed first. Location is good to get around anywhere pretty easily. That is the only good thing.

The pictures of the property are very deceitful to the reality of it. The idea of the modern decor is nice concept and easy access to the freeway, but that is all it really has to offer. The lobby is the only thing nice about this place. And I am wondering if the reviews are just from workers or owners. There were dirty old wash cloth in our bathroom left from before. The towels that were folded had not even been pre-washed before they put in the bathroom. But at least they were new I suppose. The next morning we asked the two cleaning ladies if they were going to clean the room and they said yes and we proceeded to ask for more towels as well. Not sure if they understood. They left the towels thrown on the counter and didn’t even provide wash cloths! They didn’t clean up or provide any new amenities i.e. more coffee cups. The beds are really bad. seem like they were super cheap, hard and low to the ground like a child’s bed. The floors were very dirty not cleaned in the hallways and the outside doors to come in were not locked or key accessible. It opens for anyone to just come in. The hot water and cold water is opposite when you turn on from what the shower handle says. Water pressure isn’t good at all. Maybe need to fix the regulator. More like a motel than a hotel. The morning we left, went to lobby to get coffee and it says continental breakfast. The lady put it up right in front of husband and said not serving today!!! At 8am!!!

Location was good. Only saw staff when we checked in. There were no face towels in the room or a phone to call front desk. Not sure if they had housekeeping, hallway floors were dirty. Although continental breakfast was advertised there was. O breakfast available. Had a power outage during stay so didn't have TV for a while. Overall it was quiet and next to the highway. Parts of the hotel Is still under construction.

Super Clean, and hospitality standards must of been set high because it was more than a guest could ask for . 10 for 10
