The villas they have was really affordable and neat. If you’d rather cook than to eat outside this hotel is for you. Especially if you’d like to travel with a big group.

The property will use non refundable policy to refuse refund. Booked this property on trip.com for stay 8 July 2022. After making non refundable payment, receive notice that there is no heat pump even though we booked our stay during the winter period. We called the hotel to request for free cancellation. Nobody picks up the phone so dont expect any form of service from the hotel. After many failed attempts to contact the hotel, manage to get in touch with hotel manager daniel and amy who was very rude. We do not dare to stay at the hotel anymore because the hotel manager told us to try and cancel our booking if we could. Trip.com got involved and tried to negotiate for free cancellation but the hotel managers refused. Overall, hotel facilities does not even meet the minimum for budget standards, service is close to non existent. DO NOT MAKE A BOOKING HERE

The communication from staff on check in day was all via text with very clear instructions, made it so easy. The villa was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable. Amazing place to stay with kids, the playground and pool were on the small side but super convenient to have at your doorstep. Amazing location, close to everything you could possibly need and only half an hour from the many attractions in Canberra.

no parking first night parked out No tea towel to wash dishes No milk on the last two nights the cabin was on a tilt towards one side. Like being on a boat. out of coffee nights 3 and 4 Sent a nice email and they said they will move me but I never heard back from them. Very disappointed. Never again if I can help it.

A studio cabin was recommended as being suitable for 2 adults and two children. It was far too small. Tiny bathroom, lounge seating for two people only, dining table crammed into a corner under the TV shelf. Although there was a microwave and a stove there were insufficient cooking utensils to do any cooking. Cabins are close together and parking is tight. Cabins are looking tired and worn and in need of refurbishment. On the plus side the staff are helpful and responsive and the cabins and park are reasonably clean.

We just experienced some movement on the ground in the morning. Not sure if there's an earthquake or just because of the cars passing by.

It was nice and cheap. Clean and convenient but pretty old and a bit run down.

Loved staying here. The place was so clean, the playground and pool also so tidy. What a hidden gem. Would recommend to anyone.
