Suitable for a quiet night without any bothering. Near the supermarket which was super awesome!

Everything was fine, top service. with the exception of the check in process. Thanks to a Lady receptionist. Who came to my rescue since the final stage during the check in process was faulty. This was at 21.00. After a very long drinvind distance day

Spindschloss fehlt el beim Öffnen auseinander, einem anderen Gast wurde das Geld aus dem Portemonnaie geklaut. Konzept ohne Personal braucht gut programmiertes Checkin (mich wollte das Programm gleich auschecken statt mir eine keycard zu erstellen. Details wie die Funktion des Safe in der Bettwabe blieben mysteriös.

Either I missed the info or it was not made clear that there is only a shared bathroom between the four “apartment “ rooms this hotel offers. Suboptimal I would say. But both the bathroom and the communal kitchen were kept very clean. The rooms are on the fourth floor which is not too helpful with large suitcases as there is no lift. Saying that there was a very nice clerk there at check in who helped. Everything is automated so there is no one to ask questions and the first day I did not manage to access the breakfast machine. I had indicated on the reservation that I wished to pay at the property rather than use my cc but this was not possible which is annoying. The hotel is situated on a very noisy street and yes, there is parking around but all the spaces are usually taken and it’s only free from 8pm to 8am. Communication ahead of my arrival proved tricky but once I had managed to get hold of someone they were helpful. I don’t think I’ll stay again.

As a concept I like the idea of capsules. It's like a hostel but with your own private space. On the surface area24/7 was well presented and modern. However: - I have real issue with the entire place not having a single member of staff to speak to and ask questions. The entire process was automated including checking-in. If you do have an issue or a question then you have to WhatsApp a number. This may work for some people but took away the humanistic approach for me. - On the plus side there is a kitchen to use on the negative there were only knifes in the cutlery draw, no forks or spoons. -There was no hot water in the shower/ bathroom sinks and the pressure of the water was weak. - The TV in the capsule was 'turned off' and could not be used. Why, if I'm paying for the room I want to use it's facilities. I also want more than a very short and unapologetic WhatsApp message explaining this. - The price, you are paying for the novelty of capsules. It's a glorified hostel at the same price I paid for a hotel the night before. - Capsules are, I'm my view only suitable for solo travelers. Who don't mind been confined into small spaces.

Die Lage am Europaplatz ist per se optimal, vorausgesetzt man mag das pralle Leben (in jeglicher Ausrichtung). Geschäfte, Cafe's, Restaurants ... alles in Wurfweite! Eingang schlecht zu finden, dann gefühlt "tausend" Stufen (mit Gepäck nur was für Sportliche) durch ein etwas stickiges Treppenhaus. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Balkon gebucht - was man zum Leben braucht war da, moderner Look, bequemes Boxspringbett. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Bad sehr klein, keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Es fehlt der Lichtschalter oder wenigstens eine Steckdose neben dem Bett. Wasserfleck an der Decke. Riesiges Klimagerät auf dem (Essens)Tisch wer's mag ;-) - haben wir nicht benutzt. Kein Fernseher, aber sei's drum, wer hier bucht, nutzt eh' Tablet oder Laptop. Balkon verdient diesen Namen nicht (Verschlag mit kaputter Scheibe und Sperrholzplattenabtrennung, Vorraum i.O. ). Ansonsten sauber, hier gab's keine Mängel. Ein NO-GO ist der fehlende Hinweis (bereits bei Buchung) auf die Beschallung Freitag- und Samstagnacht bis ca. 04.00 Uhr durch eine im Haus befindliche Diskothek. Wer tiefe Bässe und Techno-Gewummere mag, kommt hier ganz ohne Eintrittskarte auf seine Kosten. Alles in allem würden wir hier nochmals übernachten, allerdings auf keinen Fall am Wochenende (siehe oben), und auch nur für einen Kurztrip von 1 - 2 Nächten.

L auberge est très beau, le personnel trop gentil, les capsules sont pas petites comme on l'imagine, propre est confortables, les sanitaire, douche très propres (sans exagération) une cuisine assez grande avec toutes les commodités à notre disposition, café thé, eau et soda offerts gratuitement... Pluspunt: cabine en sanitair zeer proper, personeel vriendelijk. Slaapcabine ruim en netjes, centrale ligging, niet duur. Minpunt: vanaf 23u vrijdagavond plotseling enorm dreunende bassen van een naast gelegen dancing. De hele nacht nauwelijks geslapen. Ook een dun matras met harde ondergrond, niet comfortabel. Helaas geen aanrader tijdens het weekend ondanks bijzonder concept. Misschien is het door de week beter.
