A little overpriced, service not so good for such a big hotel, rooms are decent

Subina served me in the garden and she was so lovely! Service was excellent, and the ambiance perfect. I had a nice tea with music and I really enjoyed my experience - can’t wait to come back. I would recommend an Al fresco experience in the garden.

I love to stay in this hotel good hospitality nice wifi connectivity keep quiet silent centrally located location staff in restaurant coffee shop at breakfast both girls aakriti and Malina very nyc in manners smiling and hospitality towards guests I like to visit again and again

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Good food. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I took a yoga class in the spa that was first rate! My only issue was that the toilet did not always completely flush, which overall was just a minor irritation.

I'm stay few time in this hotel,hotel location is nearby Thamel street convenient for shopping and meeting with friends. Room is clean, value for money, staf is friendly and helpful. Have a nice garden for breakfast, room facilities is good

I had the most WONDERFUL STAY of my life at Malla Hotel. I was left feeling incredibly well looked after by Shambhu and Jeevan at the restaurant!! We had a wonderful conversation where I learnt so much about the history of the hotel and Shambhu and Jeevan were so professional and told me wonderful stories of the mountains and culture!!

the malla hotel is the best five star hotel ,as i have ever seen,services,staffs and it's history is fantastic.i had stayed just for 2 nights,my memories are so good.i myself is the gm of the Le Meridian hotel worldwide.the amenities,services,staffs are too good,always feel like to be back again.it's my pleasure to see manager on the floors. i met a young manager at the breakfast time.i forgot his full name,however i knew his sir name ,Mr.Nepai,he speaks fluently an English,as i was observing his way of talking to the other tables guest,with his smile he simply asked "how was the rooms,ac,if the hot water is coming,and if there is any problem ,let him know.once he heard the complained ,he dialed the phone and informed to the other departments,his service style is awesome,immediately he solves the problems,this type of service attitudes is required from the food and the beverage teams. he said"under the leadership of Mr.Ram Paudasaini,as a Food & Beverages Ass.Manager,working as a team . he even said there are lot of services staffs who have been working since 10 to 15 years and they are the real team of the food and beverages.like mr.Ram K.Gautam,Sunil,kiran karkii,Madhukar Giri,Rabindra,shambu ,ram K Wagle,puspanjali,malina,anjali,akarti,subina,they are the srong team of the food and bverages,with their support,advice,every day work has been successful. hrd,gm,bijaya Malla the owner,front office,housekeeping,laundary,enegenring teams are the back bone of the malla hotel,he said.really appreciated Mr.Neapli. "a strong team makes everything possible," sales are the most vital team ,they are the back bone for the generating the revenue,Mr.Nepali has wide range of understanding hotel operation.puja, sristi,Elisa,are the hard working staffs of the sales department.. i hope to see you all again. thanks the Malla Hotel team for the great hospitality .

i had stayed at the Malla Hotel,a five star hotel at Kathmandu Nepal,this property is fabulous,from the beginning i was feeling lonely, due to far away from the home .as i didn't have any one to speak .since the morning breakfast starts at the malla hotel at 6.15 am ,so i had enjoyed the varieties of the breakfast. though this breakfast is for the in house guest. really nice,really good hotel. as the manager Mr.Nepali i met him at the restaurant,i saw him speaking to all the table guest,he was asking many guest,how the breakfast,how is the rooms,how is the hot water ,if there is any problem,let him know. i was impressed. next day,i was having my breakfast,Mr.Nepali came over and greeted me,i never expected , in a five star hotel,i have rarely have seen a manager on the floor.i actually forgot his 1st name. however i have remembered his cast ,so i could write the comments. i had stayed at the room no 301,this room is so good.standard rooms,twin rooms,junior suit rooms were informed by him.he said he is really happy to have an opportunity to work at the malla hotel.it was like a short interview to him ,Mr.Nepali.he said"he has a team of Ram Pudasaini as a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager,under his leadership, he also said next "senior staffs like kiran Karki,Ram Kumar Gauram,Ram Kumar Wagle,Niraj,Menuka,Anjali,Puspanjaali,Subina,Rabindar,Madhukar,Aakriti,Sunil,Jeevan,Shambu K.c as an outlet manager ,Shambu Wagle, these are the food and beverag team. every team memebers has played a vital role . housekeepings,laundary,krishna chef,really a good team to work,collaborate, really nice to hear it. management team like GM ,HRD,all have been working hard. thanks to Mr.Nepali to have worked under such a good,nice management. i saw Mr.Nepali as happy person,he speaks fluently, he said"every team members are significant,and have played a role in the operations.front as well.
