萬豪可愛島海灘俱樂部飯店(Marriott's Kaua'i Beach Club)

Was very upset with serivce. Wifi was out on tv most of the night. Rented a movie and wanted my money back. Not worth the price honestly

Overall was below average. Hotel is split into 2 and we felt like we were constantly taking sides for simple stuff like checking bags and valet. Staff was very friendly, but was handcuffed by all the “limits” and the “can’t do that” attitude. Great room, but we will no longer be staying here.

If you’re not trying to hear construction, want to stay at a nice resort, want good service, want people to answer the hotel phones… this ain’t the place. If you want to pay for ocean views and spend the trip staring at a roof… this is the place for you!

Property is nice, grounds are beautiful. Staff is great. Relative to other resorts, there aren't many amenities, but would still recommend. Don't recommend using exp edia to book because they will conceal details. Because of airplane issues was charged for a night I didn't stay and got no help.

Très bel hôtel et complexe… Un peu daté mais idéalement placé avec des prestations haut de gamme à un tarif déraisonnable mais malheureusement normal pour la zone.

Overall, the property was quite nice, very clean, the gardens were stunning. My only bummer experience was that we paid extra for a beachfront king bed room; however, when we arrived we could only be assigned a beachfront with 2 double beds. We were quite bummed and I imagine the front desk gentleman did what he could but we were fairly disappointed. The property is quite nice, well kept, and beautiful.

Very nice place, BUT...they were doing construction work that I wasn't warned about ahead of time, couldn't use the room patio , had to keep the curtains closed, couldn't use the fire pits around the pool because thay had furniture, but no cushions

Checked in early and wasn't prepared to have my queen bed be a wall bed for the price I was paying for the room. It was super saggy and there was no lumbar support, kinda like sleeping on a hide-a-bed sofa. The pool was amazing and location is great. New outdoor furniture would be nice, the chaise lounge chairs at the pool are old and don't even match. No umbrellas either...tried to upgrade my room but wasn't allowed because I was using a 3rd party app. ********** customer representative even called and tried to upgrade me but there was no luck. Room description needs to be more clear on these types of rooms with wall beds.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable the pool and beach however were amazing made up for what the room lacked
