Checking in only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel ( was told unapologetically that other had flat tire) . Then when we explained the refrigerator was not very cold i was told “ I’m here alone, what do you want Me to do about it?” In a fairly rude tone. I understand possibly not having staff in hand but a “ I’ll look into it” or “ can it wait until morning?” Anything like that would have been appreciated- after none of that said or offered staff then said “ well what? Do you want to switch rooms?” I’m mobility impaired, traveling with kids and we had just lugged everything up to the 4th floor with No cart that would have been a Huge Inconvenience….. it wasn’t even so much about the refrigerator at that point but more about the Tone of the entire interaction…… extremely disappointing. We later went to the pool which had no towels and hot tub level was very low ( tgat was rectified before we left , refrigerator was never addressed) we understand it’s a busy travel weekend & we are not unreasonable but the attitude really made an impact to the point we wouldn’t recommend staying here .
