So great

When I booked online I requested to be on the bottom floor close to the pool for my kids. It was nearly a week stay so I hoped to be accommodated. I was not. The man who checked us in pretended it was his first day and I later found out he was the owners nephew and not brand new. He gave us a top floor room with a leaky sink. My socks got all wet. It smelled like a moldy basement. The room was super hot from being top floor and the odor was awful. The next day we complained about the smell and he said he’d look at it. Never did. We managed to switch rooms late that night to one on the 2nd floor with no cable. They said they would fix that the following day and never did. I understand there was a remodel in progress but it should have been CHEAP to stay in these conditions. The walls had marker graffiti on it and the carpets were spotted like a leopard. My pillow had lipstick on it and my bed squeaked like a rusty swing set. I was debating leaving after day 3 because this was the worst experience of all time. Putting the name “Red Lion” on the building is VERY misleading. We are so grateful that the swing shift lady understood our frustrations. She found us a suite and upgraded us for the last couple nights. This was the best part of the stay!! She was so kind and wanted to keep us from leaving. I feel bad that she has to deal with upset customers like myself everyday. Bless her for her patience. The owner can thank her for making our stay tolerable. I believe her name was Tia

He estado en otros red lion inn & suites y Han estado mejor que este hotel esto fue una mala experiencia se mira al entrar ala propiedad y lo peor en los cuartos

Hotel accepts reservations for rooms they don’t have available due to not bothering to repair things and then the only solution they offer is to charge more money for multiple rooms to have the same number of beds as was originally booked. Completely unacceptable.

My room that i booked was unavailable. They took my drivers license and never returned it to me. Very rude staff.

Will never book here again, everyone in general had bad customer service skills. They were all rude, & helpless. Our tv never worked during our stay no one helped they wouldn’t even pick up the phone, Pool was closed and the lady at the front desk laughed when she told us the pool was closed after she saw the excitement on my niece. Rooms We’re bad.

There was a leak in the ceiling above the wash basinthat dripped on your headand the peiple above us were stomping onthe floor until about 10-:30

There were baby ants in the bathroom, tons of unsavory characters in the parking lot all hours of the night, knocking on doors at 5am for 10 minutes at a time
