雨樹海灘水療度假飯店(Samanea Beach Resort & Spa)

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

I enjoyed my birthday at this beautiful resort. The staff were unbelievable and kind. A mistake was made to my bill and the Manager contacted me to inform me and rectify it. Amazing people. Thank you!

The resort is awesome and the staff is very attentive. Guests are really taken care of and the place is very well maintained. The only issue for all the area of Kep is the “beautification” project that is going on at the moment which is basically covering all the beach front for hundreds of meters with soil so all the resorts now have no beach or access to the sea, only a sad land of brown soil

Very beautiful hotel, facing the sea. After arriving at ten o'clock, the hotel manager will upgrade the ViP room for free, facing the sea. Thank you very much. The breakfast set is delicious. Looking forward to your next stay!

Cadre sublime, hôtel très bien entretenu, avec une architecture traditionnelle et moderne a la fois très confortable. Le ponton avec la vue sur le coucher de soleil est incroyable et permet d’avoir un cadre très romantique si on le souhaite. Le personnel est incroyablement gentil et à l’écoute, ils vous permettent de vous sentir bien tout de suite. L’hôtel est situé a 2km du marché aux crabes de Kep mais il est possible de louer des mobylettes ($7 la journée) via l’hôtel donc très pratique pour se déplacer dans la région. Le restaurant est délicieux (pour les plats khmer, nous n’étions pas intéressés par les plats occidentaux mais il y avait un large choix).

Ce n'était pas mon premier séjour dans ce resort mais j'y retourne toujours avec beaucoup de plaisir. Dès l'arrivée et même si la ville de Kep est plutôt calme, vous apprécierez un service de sécurité faisant bien son travail. Le resort est constitué d'une douzaine de bungalow/chambres très bien équipés dans un jardin luxuriant. Le dépaysement est total. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'équipement mais aussi la salle de bains (douche) extérieure. Le personnel est très chaleureux, très pro et parle plutôt bien anglais. Sur le site, vous trouverez un accès à la mer par une grande jetée, une grande piscine bordée de transats et un restaurant qui commence à être fort prisé à Kep (le Chankiri). Je laisse un avis séparé pour celui-ci. L'hôtel organise des navettes de/vers les villes proches et Phnom Penh, n'hésitez pas à questionner Jonathan, le directeur du resort, toujours à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Rapport qualité/prix optimal.
