基韋斯特海灘度假屋Hyatt假期俱樂部飯店(Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House)

The customer servixe was HORRIBLE, I cannot explain it enough. Gave me the wrong address twice, did not help us up to our room like any other hotel would be. We paid $600.00 the night, which is not the issue, however, you would expect the customer service to match the price of what you're paying. I will NOT be coming back to this location.

Very disappointed. This is not a beach hotel like they advertise. Shame on you *******! There is no beach here like show on pictures. Booked beach hotel and I got a highway view first floor room that looks more like a cheap place than what they advertised. No view, ugly beach and annoying concierge trying to sell the shares when you are tired and want just go to your room. Please look my pictures and see. I try to canceled when I got there and saw but ******* say couldn’t do anything.

The location and facility was beautiful; however, upon arrival we found ants all over the countertops, the refrigerator didn’t work so our food spoiled, the AC didn’t work, no dish soap or sponges. We were moved to another room that had an amazing view, but we found black mold in the master shower, a dirty sock, dirty tableware, dirty sofa bed that didn’t have a fitted sheet so we had to use beach towels to lay down and then laid another flat sheet. We were able to get a full refund but we were unable to enjoy our trip since we experienced such an awful accommodation. The staff was very helpful and understanding, and very apologetic. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

We had a very nice time. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back. Love that fact that it’s a two bedroom, two bath room. A home away from home!

El Hotel muy Lindo, el cuarto fantástico en todo !

While it is a nice property, we did not get the waterfront room that was pictured in the listing. We were on the second floor overlooking the pool. You couldn't even see the water at all! At best, this was misleading, but based on what the staff told us, seems a little disingenuous. The front desk manager said they had no control over what a private owner/third-party posts, but the desk clerk had just told us they (Hyatt) uses the same photos for all their rooms. So who's lying? We went back to the listing and couldn't find anywhere that would have indicated we might get a room with a different view that what was posted. Bait and switch folks, beware.
