優越的地理位置和很棒的禮賓服務。房間很熱，即使空調和風扇開到最大。牆壁也很薄，噪音是從隔壁房間傳來的。

휴양지라 가격은 조금 비쌌지만 비싼만큼 직원들 모두 친절하고 호텔 내의 시설이 너무나 좋았습니다. 어메니티도 좋습니다.

First time in Key West and for the most part, I enjoyed the stay. The room they gave us wasn’t ideal in that it was a corner room that had the balcony cut off by the two adjacent rooms. Half of the balcony was facing the balcony of the room next to us so it was almost as if we were watching our neighbors if we sat out there. The other half was a “peep show” view of the resort because the other room on the opposite side obstructed that view. No, it was not in the room description that I booked. It only said “resort view”. For the rest of the resort, I expected it to be what it was, a sleepy resort-town, vacation resort. Not necessarily updated but comfortable. The restaurant had good food, and it was nice and quaint and quiet. Unfortunately, we came when they were doing construction during the day so it was a bit loud right outside our room a couple mornings but we weren’t in the room that much during the day. Overall, decent stay.

Not a bad place to stay, nice beach location. We had room issues and reported them and they never fixed the problems and never asked if the problems were taken care of. I thought the management could been better. Some of the areas inside and around the lobby looked a little beat.

They overcharged us almost $1300, told me it was just a “hold” included but the final receipt they bumped up the daily price of the room I have uploaded both invoices on google reviews. This was supposed to be an ocean view room as well and it was not. They picture showed a nice room with a direct ocean view from the bedroom. It turned out to be a dark room with 1 very small window with a try in-front of it. There is no self parking, only 1 valet, who is not available after midnight so at that point you have to go to the front desk and ask for your keys and try to find your car and where valet parked it. Not worth the 3.5 hour drive from Miami, We could’ve got a better room, better view, better service for less price.

Beach was great. Two elevator locations and most of the time one of the the elevators didn’t work. Smelled like trash outside of the entrance of the hotel. The rooms smelled bad as well. Room service wouldn’t even put air freshener to mask the smell. Took about 15 to 20 minutes to get acknowledged to check in. Location and beach access were the only good things.
