卡利普索凱度假別墅(Calypso Cay Vacation Villas)

Me gustó mucho la comodidad y la ubicación del hotel está excelente para viajes a Disney... Todo está cerca como supermercados, tiendas por departamento y entre otros. Super limpio y organizado... Vuelvo otra vez son duda... Gracias Calypso Cay por la atención excelente que nos brindaron.

Pésimo: me quisieron cobrar (aun no me han devuelto el dinero) un monto (vale que logré ver el correo antes de salir) por llegar un día antes a las instalaciones. Insistían que llegué el 3 de diciembre a pesar de que les enseñé que mi vuelo llegó el 4 y que por retrasos para salir del aeropuerto, más bien llegué el 5/12. Un error lo comete cualquiera, pero la forma en que me cuestionaron e insistían en cobrarme fue lo inadecuado. No me demostraron que me devolvieron el dinero (a la tarjeta de crédito ni lo quisieron hacer en efectivo). Me imagino que le hacen eso a muchos y no hay forma de reclamar. Muy mal por el lugar

El sitio es Bueno, instalaciones limpias no son nuevas varios detalles pero nada porque calificarlo negativo Que no me gusto que se escucha todos los sonidos de las camas y los pasos de la gente en el piso 2 Soy frecuente mucho ruido

Très propre et commodités. Bien aimé les activités par contre l'escalade et la tirolienne sont payante. Frais hôtelliers cachés.

La habitación está súper bien equipada. Fue como estar en casa.

This property is absolutely beautiful and amazing. The staff is friendly. The check-in process is very easy and the villa was so beautiful, clean, fresh linens, spotless.

Everything was great with the stay, property was nice. Room was cozy. Only issue i wasn’t pleased with was the way I had to get my car pass for parking. I was basically sent to the people who sell their time shares and I was not interested in it at all. I was just there for a larger place to stay with my family while in town for two nights , and it was as if they were pushing for us to attend a meeting during the day I had planned to spend with my family. That was the only issue really, other then that everything was wonderful.

I love Calypso Cay. I frequent this property all the time and have for several years. This time was not the same quality stay that I am used to. The bathroom in my unit was not clean, there were dirt splatters on the walls and hair all over. The tub looked dirty. The AC did not work it was an uncomfortable 78-80 both nights. The 2nd night we put in a complaint and was basically given the runaround. They did offer us a new room but it was late when they responded and the communication was not good. I will go back because I do love the property and the amenities but they need to do some updating and remodeling, and customer service is lacking in some areas.

Got a 3 bedroom had a whole extra den with two beds really liked very nice
