諾克斯維爾市中心萬怡飯店(Courtyard Knoxville Downtown)

It was a nice hotel that served its purpose...a visit to UT. However, the check-in person was brusque. She was not friendly. Even my teen kids noticed it. About an hour later when I was buying candy from your food stand, she again was curt to the point of being rude. Perhaps she was just having a bad night.

The hotel was conveniently close to our planned event. The employee working in the hotel’s restaurant Sunday morning was rude and treated my sister and I horribly. Offering excellent customer service in the hospitality business is important. There are training opportunities for her

Natasha at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We are an elderly couple unfamiliar with Knoxville and concerned about safety. She explained the layout of the city neighborhood, gave ideas on where to eat, and helped us with parking ideas. She makes an excellent impression.

Went to visit University of Tennessee and this hotel was very conveniently located minutes from the campus. It was also walking distance from Market Square in downtown Knoxville which offers plenty of food and some shopping with a nice farmers market on Saturdays.

We stayed here for an official tour at UTK and the property was awesome, right in the heart of downtown with everything walkable!

At check in we were told the bar would stay open until 1am. The bartender closed down at 1130 and was rude about it. When the ball dropped there were about 25 people in the bar with no drinks to celebrate

Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and the market place. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel, great stay. Only downside is you have to pay $25 additional for parking.
