太棒啦，服務很好喲，入住前管家給你介紹酒店設施，房間使用，迷你吧各種免費飲料，小吃，酒.還有小孩們期待的每天一個“驚喜”電話，其實就是送一些小甜品過來，但感覺的誠意滿滿.有自己的App在上面可以用中文和酒店溝通自己的需求，反饋都很快，早餐還闊以，泳池很棒，對華人也很好，沒啥區別對待的，當然咱們自己個兒得自信哈，總的來的説酒店值得推薦，特別有娃的，我覺得和後面住的假日酒店天壤之別，後面雖説也是親子酒店但各方面還是差一截.

I read many reviews about this resort and studied the Mantra Samui website, but never learned until after I booked (4 nights stay) my room that they had cancelled , during Covid, the regular shuttle that took guests down the hill to Fisherman Villa. I learned this because I called the hotel before my trip to ask some questions and also ask how to reserve a place on their shuttle. The resort does have one auto/driver that will drive you down to the bottom of the hill if it is there, and if it is not picking up someone at the airport. The shuttle delivers you directly to the bottom of the hill, is pretty much is just a local road. Then you can wave down a taxi and negotiate the price. Some fun! The Mantra Sumai should update their website to say the regular shuttle has been cancelled, and replaced by their maybe available one car. Continuing my story... We booked a massage at another hotel that is about 20 minutes away, and gave ourselves one hour to get there. So the night before we reserved to get the ride down to the bottom of the hill for the next day afternoon. When we went to reception, we were informed there was an accident, which was a flat tire, and the tire 'might' be fixed in half an hour and then another 20 minutes to get back to the Mantra. They apparently felt no responsibility to contact us. Just wait for the guests to show up and then tell them. They felt no responsibility to call the driver for any update. They then offered to call a taxi, but that would take about 20 minutes to arrive. Also when you call a taxi there is no opportunity for negotiation. My hour was dwindling. Well 20 is better than maybe 30 + 20 minutes. So they called the taxi. Luckily the Mantra driver showed up after 15 minutes, and the taxi was cancelled. My conclusion, after all the interfaces with reception, is they have a poor sense of responsibility and lacking the ability for logical thinking to provide a good guest experience. There are other examples beyond the above. Our suite room was in good condition, and everything functioning. Well, except the phone did not work, but I did not need that. The suite has a king size bed and a separate built in bed in the back of the living room. OK, so 4 people can stay. But the flaw in the suites is there is only a 2 person love seat to sit on. There is no chair, and no desk. It is no fun to use your laptop when the coffee table level is below your knees. A simple 4 leg table for a desk, and a simple chair would be nice, and not cost very much. They do have an on-site co-work room somewhere, but I did not use it. I think it is an extra cost and I did not have that much work to do anyway. The highlight of the Mantra Samui was the included breakfast. There are many cooked to order choices plus a buffet of juices, fruits, cereals, yogurt, pastries, and several breads you can toast yourself. 12月27日帶弟弟去魚屋慶祝60歲生日,10人的聚會,由於弟弟身體不好,我們提前預訂了6.30pm,服務很匆忙服務員一開始就告訴我們餐廳會很滿很忙,後來他們建議我們趕緊點菜。這有助於扼殺歡迎。餐廳從來沒有很忙,所以不知道爲什麼他們一開始就告訴我們這個。這讓我們感到相當不受歡迎。新手很好。然而,一些主要課程令人失望。我們四個人點了“海鮮飯”,兩個魚墨海鮮飯,兩個鵝肝海鮮飯,海鮮飯是西班牙海菜,通常在1.5英寸深左右,在蝦、魚等海鮮中堆積。這似乎是一個不錯的選擇,因爲我們在一家魚餐廳。海鮮飯被列入菜單“提供兩個”。我不知道爲什麼。它們很小。單身成年人很容易吃一個,仍然覺得餓。煩人。這與我們在西班牙吃過的海鮮飯沒什麼區別。鍋底有一層薄薄的幹米飯,烏賊墨海鮮飯簡直不能形容,上面有四隻貝,米飯不含任何海鮮。至於“鵝肝海鮮飯”,我們預計這既是海鮮,也有鵝肝。然而,“鵝肝”根本沒有海鮮。再一次,它只是鍋底的一層薄米飯,上面有一塊鵝肝。不知道怎麼可以有“海鮮飯”沒有海食,自相矛盾,工作人員應該警告我們所謂的“海鮮飯”沒有海食,我們覺得這是對本來是特殊場合的失望努力,我特意推薦這個地方,因爲我們在一年裏呆在那裏度過了一段美好的時光。我們給通用汽車發了電子郵件,但他/她甚至沒有給我們回覆。

酒店是不錯的，可惜我入住了2天 都是陰天…天氣影響了美景，還專門加錢選擇的海景..壓根沒有欣賞…有點可惜了 酒店要爬山一定要隨時預約車來接，很快的，要不然爬一次！瘦2斤..別問我怎麼知道的😅 設施：房間很大…真的是大 服務：接待我的所有人都很好

酒店的入住儀式感很強，會有專人介紹他們的身體乳，香皂的味道，並給出更多的選擇，還有枕頭，另外還會給一個二維碼，這樣所有的客房服務都可以在手機上完成，直接在app上點喝的和吃的，一會兒就送到房間裏，體驗感很棒。但是唯一讓我耿耿於懷的是，入住第二天早上7點半發生的詭異事件——門鈴自己響了。一開始我以為是員工按錯了，要求酒店給合理的解釋，但酒店查了監控，在門鈴響的前一分鐘雖然有一個員工經過了我的房門，但是並沒有按門鈴，門鈴是自己響的！真讓我不寒而慄。後來他們解釋説這個門鈴出現過類似情況，有可能是空氣潮濕，再加上電池低電量，導致觸摸按鍵特別敏感，他們把電池下了就不會再發生了。但我還是心有餘悸。除此之外，入住還是比較愉快的。

We really liked staying here- and ultimately I think it was the right choice for our stay. However, it’s really important to understand before your stay that this hotel is secluded and you are therefore reliant on the hotel for transport, and to an extent also food. It’s definitely worth booking an infinity pool villa as this made it a special and unforgettable experience, if you don’t do this you might be better off staying down on the beach as the selling point of this hotel is the view and the private pools. The transport up and down the hill and to other places gets expensive fast- we paid about 3000 baht extra just in shuttle costs into town. The cheapest way to deal with this is get the free shuttle to crystal bay beach and then hire a bike, but you might struggle to get the bike up the hill, so again you’re reliant on paying the hotel for transport which even at the beach costs you after 5pm. The other issue is the food. You’re stuck with the restaurant there’s literally nowhere else to go. The Thai food was fine but expensive compared to everywhere else, the drinks weren’t great, but the problem for us was the breakfasts. They were unpleasant both thai and western options. Better to hold on and avoid eating there if you can, but as stated if you’re at the hotel it is the only option without paying for transport- there is nowhere else to eat. The service however was lovely and friendly. If you’re after a quiet escape then it’s worth it, and if you want to prioritise the pool and the view, otherwise you might be better off somewhere more central.

Great Resort, Great Location, Great Staff. A little warn this time of year but still very enjoyable. Short walk to Chawang beach Main Street shops, restaurants and bars. Central Mall and night markets also close by, 15 minute walk or short ride with a tuk tuk.

酒店的位置很好，走到cocotams衹要3-5分鐘，相比隔壁的假日又顯得很安靜。因為夜市那邊都很吵很熱鬧，沿着沙灘走到酒店這一下子很安靜。早餐還行，該有的都有，有自助也有菜單可以點。海景房的視野很無敵~正好這次房間還在靠中間的位置！很棒！游泳池也很大，還有些浮窗和泳池小道具，適合不會游泳的人~不錯！房間裏的包包也很好用~可惜不能買！沒有電梯，長者最好就住1-2樓的房間～樓層還是有點高的。就有一點建議，化粧區域光線有點暗，可以調整一下，還有浴室掛浴巾的梯子不小心容易倒下。

All you need to do is to relax and enjoy every moment of your stay. Our family enjoyed the most bonding time at the pool and the beach. The kids laughter was all over the place. They loved it so much. Now, Royal Muang Samui Villas is one of our go to hotels here in KOh Samui. special thanks to Ms. Cathy for being attentive to us and the kids.

Truly a wonderful hotel. We were offered a complimentary upgrade for our room when we arrived to celebrate our anniversary. Upgraded to the Anatara Pool Villa, which topped the holiday off. Kind attentive staff, always going out of their way to assist. The app is great to also live chat with reception, as well as book things such as taxis, room service, restaurants etc. Highly recommend. Communal pool and beach option also really great. Will absolutely return again.
