Overall clean, close to the beach, slow but friendly service personnel.

Schönes Hotel, super Pool, direkt am Meer! Zimmer leicht veraltet aber hübsch gestaltet und groß! Perfekt für drei große Koffer. Pool ist wirklich sehr schön inklusive Spielsachen und ausreichend Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliege. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Meer und dort direkt das weiße (bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber) schöne Restaurant. Am Strand wieder eigene Sonnenliegen leider hatten wir nie eine abbekommen. Kraft Raum ist eine nette Abwechslung im Urlaub. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, direkt am Meer und abends umgeben von einer lebendigen Straße mit Restaurants und Seven Eleven.

Great place. Very nice bay with friendly people. Beach is nice and quiet. The bar has great music. The staff is friendly. Feels so relaxed to be here. A day at the beach should be like this. Nice food, Nice beach, good drinks, friendly people. Just as you like it.

Mein Aufenthalt im Bay Beach Resort auf Koh Samui war durchwachsen, wobei sowohl positive als auch negative Aspekte zu beachten sind. Die Zimmer im Resort sind insgesamt schön und ruhig, jedoch lässt das Badezimmer stark zu wünschen übrig und bedarf dringend einer Renovierung. Die Eingangstür erwies sich als sehr windig, was den Komfort beeinträchtigte. Leider funktionierte auch der Kühlschrank im Zimmer nicht wie erwartet. Kleinere Besucher in Form von Ameisen am Schreibtisch waren zwar unerfreulich, störten jedoch nicht erheblich. Der Pool hingegen war ein Highlight, sehr ansprechend gestaltet und stets sauber. Der Strandbereich mit eigenen Liegen und einem eigenen Restaurant bot eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal im Bay Beach Resort war freundlich und bemüht, was zu einem positiven Gesamteindruck beitrug. Der angebotene Wäscheservice war ebenfalls praktisch und wurde zuverlässig durchgeführt. Leider war das Hotelgym alt und befand sich nicht in gutem Zustand, was für sportlich Aktive enttäuschend sein könnte. Zusammengefasst bietet das Bay Beach Resort auf Koh Samui schöne und ruhige Zimmer, einen ansprechenden Pool und freundliches Personal. Renovierungsbedarf besteht jedoch im Badezimmer und im Hotelgym.

We have been coming here for many years and recommended this place to many of our friends. The old owner was a kind Thai man and the bungalows were basic but great. Authentic Thai feel. Now leased by English couple that are all about the money. The bungalows have been upgraded which is nice. The constant construction whilst on holidays is very disturbing on numerous occasions I had to ask them to stop the noise. Music starts at 8 am. Restaurant never open for dinner and breakfast is cheaper and delicious in a restaurant called A and B across the road. Beach is still our favourite but will stay in other bungalows next time.

Very Nice Resort and quiet Personal are very kind and helpful. Very clean and good service . I recommend this hôtel 100% Can t Wait to go back again really so Nice and'pleasant. Personal always présent if you need something like cleaning or other things and you can contact them at any Time of needef

Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome, quick to provide us with more drinks if we want them. Our food was lovely, I had chicken wings with a chilli dip, husband had the cheese and ham toastie with chips and we thoroughly enjoyed. Peanuts placed on the table with our drinks to start with too, which is a nice touch. Excellent English spoken.

Bay Beach restaurant have a very good ambiance! Good food, friendly staff, restaurant Manager Ms. Amalia is always very welcoming, smiling and approachable. Relaxing sun beds on the beach. Stunning view. I’ll come back surely❤️🙏. Highly recommended🙏.

It’s not often we visit somewhere more than once while on holiday as there’s so many different places to try but for bay beach resort, we made an exception. The beachside setting is beautiful, service is brilliant, there’s a good variety of choices on the menu, the food was delicious (as were the cocktails!) and good value for money. They have live music nights, unfortunately, we missed these- heard great things about the open mic night from others though! You can rent their sun loungers on the beach for the day for 150B each. We did this for a change from the hotel one day. They have really comfortable loungers just steps away from the clear, shallow sea and close to water sports. It had a really chilled vibe and we wish we’d done it earlier in our stay as we’d have definitely done it again. There was a basket of buckets and spades for the kids to borrow and an outdoor shower to rinse ourselves off before we left. Not forgetting the amazing Thai massage on the beach too! James is a perfect host, always had time to stop and chat. On our first visit, within minutes he had Abba playing for our SEN daughter and remembered her love of their music on subsequent visits. He is really keen to share his ideas for the future of the resort and get feedback from visitors. James’ wife, Harriet was also a firm favourite of Lily’s!! We stayed in a neighbouring 5* hotel but would seriously consider bay beach resort for a future stay.
