Happy and satisfied with service, experience with the ird, upper crust, house keeping was all excellent. In Upper crust we met with Bibek and jyoti and they both were only incharge, and also they took care of us with the pretty smile and positive attitude Will visit again Thank you so much Jyoti and Bibek

We stayed at the ITC Sonar for 3 days. Property was superb. Rooms and other amenities were good. The buffet served at their in-house restaurant Eden Pavilion was great too. Amidst all the great stuff about this great hotel, what caught our attention was their service to my 8 months old baby. The head chef Mr. Ranvijay served my baby with right kind of food for her. He not only prepared healthy dishes for her but also gave me various recipes for toddlers. It’s the staff like him who adds the personal touch to the stay. He was a real gentle*** and was kind enough to understand our needs. I would really like to thank him for his hospitality.

Great hospitality and service. Cosy rooms and upscale amenities. Special credits to RAJ from in-room dining is very courteous and prompt with his service of delivering to the to the room and later coming back to clear the tray as promised which is a first for me. Kudos and ***y thanks.

The breakfast was not good however Chef Ranvijay Singh made is special by serving some delicious food. The staff otherwise were courteous.. the hotel needs some renovations n cleanliness . The rooms were tidy but the hotel entrance should have some fresh flowers

**Overall Experience:** Overall, my stay at ITC Sonar was outstanding. The combination of excellent facilities, top-tier amenities, and superb staff (Specially- Puja Sen, Priya Arjya, Sharmila, Rosemary, Madhurima) service made for a perfect visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

We had our dinner @eden pavilion assisted by Aishi.We had opted for buffet .It was Saturday night and still not over crowded.Ambience was good and cosy.The place was much less noisy and relaxing.Food was good and staff were thoroughly attentive.

We had a wonderful stay at ITC sonar. The hospitality was awesome and the food that we ordered in room were delicious… Cherry on the cake was their Breakfast which was in Eden Pavilion. The spread was really good and as a vegetarian we had amole of option to choose from. The breakfast team made sure that we had a comfortable breakfast.

The hotel lobby smells really bad. We entered the lobby and we found a foul smell inside.. The hotel interior was good. The staff was nice. I think property should add some more fresh flowers in the lobby for good ambience As we say the first impression is the last.
