Rooms are nice, you will find KKR team staying here, food was average with lesser chances of customisation, was not able to get the invoice after the stay for 5 days. Despite calling up the hotel 5 times I have still not received the invoice for stay. In fact on 1 of those calls the wo*** on the call kept me waiting for good 10 minutes as she was not able to connect me with her duty ***ager as the duty ***ager was on another call. While on calling out her unprofessional behaviour that she's asking her customers to wait for her duty ***ager rather than asking her duty ***ager to call back the customers, she said sir I'll ask him to call back. Haven't received any call back or invoice yet. In fact I called again and another wo*** has again said that she spoke with her duty ***ager and he's sending the invoice on mail. Hopefully, the duty ***agers of ITC Sonar get time to send out the invoice now. In short, guests are secondary for the duty ***agers at ITC Sonar and that's what you should expect in case you are visiting this property.
