Esperienza bellissima, posto facile da raggiungere non troppo distante dal centro, stanze molto pulite, servizio eccellente ragazzi sempre a disposizione gentilissimi e molto educati e rispettosi. Ristorante delizioso, con cibo di qualità e buonissimo, non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema complimenti.

Should start appreciating the members of the staff from reception, Saumithra and Rina Dutta who made the check in process simple and ensured that I hadn’t waited for more than 3 mins to get the room’s access card. The room was spacious, bed and pillows were good, linens were daily changed by Amulesh, Jantoo Debnath and Bobby Ghosh. These trio ensured that the room was cleaned, mopped and toilet was cleaned every single day of my stay. I wish to congratulate for their sincerity and thank them for their continued efforts and services. Much Appreciated. One suggestion: The breakfast spread can be improved and the restaurant menu can be expanded with more dishes. Overall one of the best stays in Kolkata.

The best place to enjoy for any occasion......the food is delicious n the variety is too good...chef is very efficient n warm. I visited Gallery 67 a few times for a Banquet Hall meeting and for dining. All the times, I have received exceptional service from the staff and ***ager! Regarding food, I will just say "Wow!". We have tried their Chinese or Indian cuisine and have always found them delicious. They do serve buffet and can customize as per the needs of the customers, if it's organized for any corporate event. Regarding the Banquet Hall service, it was simply superb. Their staff took care of the smallest of needs and minor changes that were required for the event. Special shout-out for Mr. Subhasis Das and Mr. Utpal Sa***ta! I have interacted with both of them and found them to be extremely helpful. In fact, Mr. Subhasis Das has been an amazing host every time. Overall, I am elated with their service and value for money. I would definitely recommend this up and happening joint located right at the junction of Bidhannagar and Salt Lake entry. P.S. I didn't try their rooms yet, so I can't add anything about it in my review right now.

The hotel is quite homely, and each of its staff's behavior was very warm. I stayed over there for 9 nights. The room I stayed in was clean enough with an immaculate bathroom. Although the lightning of the room was a bit insufficient and could have kept an optional light for those guests who will need some brighter light. Also a slight stench of odor came from the mattress at night. The complimentary breakfast was healthy.

Nice ambience and good service.Neat and Clean rooms. Food quality is also decent. Support staff is very good and punctual. Not as the negative remark but seems the cafeteria space should be little more..because the business visitors to complete the breakfast in short time and mostly in same time slot.

Receptionist (Debashish) helped us alot. All the hotel staff was really good.All the facilities was there.was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had Breakfast. It was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Delicious food, comfortable stay and wonderful hospitality by Subhasish and team. I have a fantastic experience during my training session in their beautiful property closer to airport and most other destinations to you love to enjoy, be it ecopark or Esplanade.
