Except for its location, there isn't a single good thing in this hotel. The first room we were showed smelled of cigarettes, with stains on bedrests, an old ac buzzing. Then we were moved to another one where again the ac didn't work. On the final movie, by then we were exhausted, we were in a room where the door didn't lock properly. There was no extra latch, bolt or anything for guests safety. When told the manager said that it couldn't be done at short notice. At night we had to move the two chairs and the table next to the door in case anyone walked in. My elderly aunt want petrified of the situation,we being three women travelling. The tea kettle in the room had a lid coming off, and the temperature control inside falling off when used. All in all a very poor experience. Would not recommend at all. There are much better places available in Kolkata at this price.

Worst hotel ever. I beg you all to not stay here. The owner and staff are extremely arrogant and have no care for the customers at all. My wife was stuck in their washroom for 45 minutes because their lock was malfunctioned. They didn't even apologize for this. I request you to stay on the streets but don't book this hotel.

Checked in on Oct 26th night 2023. Got room tied up and was served Dinner in the room itself. Variety of dishes available during bf and best of all cooperation and positive attitude of the staff. The hotel has beyond doubt locational advantage being located in the heart of the city being in and around the market area.

The hotel is very well located for visitors interested in South Kolkata. Hotel has most of the facilities, however a bit dated. The deluxe room was spacious and found very comfortable. Rooms do not offer a good view of the road due to absence of proper window. Eating option are plenty due to presence of many restaurants nearby. Lake is close by for morning/ evening walks. Personnel were friendly.
