加爾各答ITC皇家孟加拉豪華精選飯店(ITC Royal Bengal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata)

The stay at itc sonar was wonderful. The ambience ad grandeur of this property is beyond words. The cuisines served here are excellent. Credit goes to Chef Shubonkar for taking individualistic care. I would like to mention Mr. Sujoy from front office for his help ad arranging the best for me. I would love to visit again.

Such a good hotel,but they have to improve their service and about their direction should be more clear. And should add good item in room for snacks

Beautiful property , excellent stone work , staff are polite and helpful prompt service . Recommend to others for future unconditional pleasure .

Very nice hotel and building is very majestic. Breakfast spread is not bad. Just wish that they have more non-indian food choice

Check in was very late. There were mosquito in the room. Had asked to keep bill ready the previous night as i had to leave early morning but nothing was kept ready.

Not a luxury hotel at all. Poor amenities. Broken vases in business lounge. Poorly maintained property. Nothing in the hotel is luxury… inefficiency & poor service. Must be downgraded to a 4 star hotel. Food in Dum Pukht was terrible & this restaurant has bad ambiance.

This property is very comfortable and luxurious. Buffet is grand and good coverage of food variety. Tastewise not evrything is excellent but quality wice pretty good. Pool is very maintained. Negative ＞Skylounge bar is a big bammer. The signature cocktails are not at all good same for classic cocktails. And there is not enough view from roof top. No open place Another problem is there is nothing for small kids like soft play area or anything though kids pool are there.. Oveall stay is very good for two reason . 1. Excellent room with beautiful view from higher floors of tower room . 2. Very much cordial and professional behavior of each and every employee . I will recommend for friends and family.

Great hotel, good value for money in case you want luxury. Excellent service, good use of technology, courteous staff, great room service - no complaints. Living up to the ITC standards.Will definitely stay here again.

Such a monumental property, such a legacy brand and such a poor service - unimaginable disaster. Everything, from arrival to elevator, to room service and condition, to restaurant. All unexpectedly bad.
