奔佳爾泰姬度假飯店(Taj Bengal)

前台服務很糟糕，等了10多分鐘才輪到我，而且花了10分鐘才完成我的賬戶。完全不是泰姬陵標準

The room was good at first glance, but soon we realized the maintenance they do is close to zero for the rooms. We were very surprised to see they have flies and mosquitos inside the room. The bathroom vent was not working and faucet was leaking water. Water clogged in bathtub. We kept calling front desk, they said they sent technician who will arrive shortly, but nobody cared to show up for an entire day. I would say the breakfast even seemed pretty standard considering what similar 5-7 star hotels in Kolkata nowadays arrange for. I have stayed in Grand, Peerless inn, Novotel and ***y other hotels before and compared to all of those I had a huge expectation from the Taj, which I thought was obvious considering the heritage and the brand name. But I left with a heavy heart and disappointment. The next day before I left the room, noted everything in a piece of paper and kept it on the table for room service. I came back and found the head of room service ***ager I believe, he personally took care of the things I have complained on my note and fixed those in the room. They even found a hole in the window, the reason why insects were there in the room.

Trip was excellent, I absolutely enjoyed chatting with the duty ***ager, Mr. Bimal. Would love to come back again to visit just to enjoy the hospitality. Thanks very much Mr.Bimal.

One word describes the experience, pamper. They treat you like they have known you for years and every wish is their com***d. Absolutely, the best experience ever.

This hotel is amazing. For me this is the hotel to be at. When I arrive in Kolkata, India , this is the hotel of my choice . This is my sancuary. Just amaizing.

The service was very disappointing and then they charged us for an extra night . Not going to stay here again. Also did not get moneys worth for sure.

, Food quality and staffs are excellent. Cleanliness around surrounding vicinity needs to be improved.

Surrounded by greenery this property is close to Park Street and Victoria Memorial right opposite Zoo. This makes it convenient for work and pleasure activities. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is awesome. Indeed one of the best places to stay in Kolkata.

I requested a non smoking room and was told upon arrival that they only had smoking rooms. I would’ve switched to a different hotel but it was nearly 1am so had no choice. Woke up in the morning with a headache from the engrained smoke smell.
