It’s really good and clean and quiet. It has kitchen stuffs and all the things we need. I recommend this place

Excellent facilities exemplified by the barbaque area which not only had all the necessary utencils supplied but included sauces and condiments and even Ice Cream in the fridge/freezer for free. The pool was marvellous and the room well aired, clean and sound proofed from neighbours. Laundry faclities first class and what with the beach and bushwalks adjacent to the property to say nothing of the proximity to Coffs Harbour and other small towns close by, this made for a wonderful holiday break.

Learn to talk nicely when you do not know person's health situation . Be professional and not personal when someone breaks something by mistake and they are happy to pay. Do not keep making hypothetical claims about what could have happened . You made my very sad day sadder reception lady . Whole trip was so good and you just added sour flavour to my pudding.

Lovely apar**ent and decor. Big unit. All facilities provided. Would love to come stay again. Only issue was driveway into carpark was very low and my car kept scratching on bottom unfortunately its a low car.

We had a lovely stay. The incessant rain only dampened our stay a little as we always had dry comfortable place to come back to. The inclusions were exceptional and service and staff very professional and friendly. Would definitely return.

Bed was not great but overall good stay. Got in late, check in easy. Milk for coffee off and looked like feta!

This hotel washes bed protector & extra blanket after each customer. We have stayed other hotels this school holiday and we have never seen others do this! So impressed!

Our boys (3 & 5yrs) said it is the "best holiday house EVER!" and did not want to leave. We stayed three nights in a 2bedroom apar**ent. It was the perfect home away from home and had everything we needed. The apar**ent we stayed in was very spacious and clean, the location was fantastic and staff was friendly. Only downside was the parking spaces were a little tight. But We will definitely be back.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom apar**ent which was clean and spacious. The beach front location was excellent. The communication from the hotel was excellent and after-hours check-in process was very easy. I will look to stay here again in my next visit to Coffs Harbour.
