I am writing down my real experience with the hotel service. Today I had a worst experience with the accommodation in this hotel. I already enquired and booked the superior room rated 3600/-and I was checked into the hotel by 12-8-2023 evening 3:30 pm. Dipin KC (+91 73564 16333) was whom assisted me during the check in time. The service of the staffs of the hotel to the customers is very poor. After check in ,I went for lunch at Gazania Mezbaan Restaurant and waited for more than 1 hour for getting my ordered food. After that I went to room for taking test and at that time I couldn’t make my rest because of the high volume songs since the DJ party was going on at the hall and also there were people who were drunk. I complained to the reception staff but no response and also no actions were taken from their side.And they behaved a wrong ***ner. I decided to check out from the hotel because of the bad experience and service I had whom didn’t give any value to the customers. I called Dipin(+91 73564 16333) who said he is the ***ager but he also responders in a good ***ner and I didn’t get a solution for my problem. I checked out from the hotel by 8:30 pm and they were refunded only 600/- which I paid 3600/- at the time of check in.when i enquired about the charge to the receptionist named Shibin ,he told that it’s the charge .They were charged 3000/- for just five hours and was check out from the hotel due to the issue from their side itself. This was a worst experience for me and they didn’t value their customers. Not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please go through my comment if you are looking for room in this hotel.
