奧南馬查拉特度假村(Machorat Aonang Resort at Aonang Beach Krabi)

Absolutely love this hotel so much! Always a pleasant stay with the best location. Staff are amazing and so friendly. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and cozy and a great price also would highly recommend.

Très bien situé cet hôtel est agréable! La chambre est grande avec un balcon pour admirer la vue. La piscine est nouvelle, cela est encore en construction mais c'est déjà pas mal!

Nice hotel and great location. The only thing is it's a little noisy.

I just came here for checking in and found that they forgot to make a reservation. So they offered me to stay another room and move on the next day. I said it very convienient and I prefer to stay at the same room. Then the receptionist pointed to me and mentioned that what is an issue? and told me to get away to the hotel and they will give the money back. No apologize, no service mind, during our stay the eletric is shut down 2 times and the houskeeper couldn't make up our room. But I would like to say thank you to Khun Sorn (The tour reception) she is the best staff at this hotel.

The room was nice but dirty. Great location. The woman who works at the reception was super rude and unfriendly, I’ve never had such an experience before, with such a person. She made me feel unwelcomed and was super arogant, ignoring guests and treating them badly. Now I understand why so many complaints about the hotel staff. I have no comment for this person. She is just rude and no manners. This job position definitely doesn’t fit her well

Started badly with an unfriendly meeting from female host, made worse by dirty room full of hair and sand. We went straight downstairs and spoke to the male host, whom was much kinder and understanding. He showed us to a new room which had a clean (enough) bed etc, yet food from previous guests was still in the fridge. After bumpy start we enjoyed our stay; bed was comfortable, air con worked well, bathroom and fridge all functioned well. Although room was particularly small with no wardrobe or anything other than a bed and walking space. Furthermore, wifi was a problem. They give you a code which is only enough for 2 devices, thus making it hard to work/plan/watch films and anything you’d hope to do on another device other than your phone. Nothing special, but definitely an improvement since reopening. Would not return, but do not regret staying.

I got a shiny new spacious room with a lot of marble for a very decent price (900 THB/night, about €25. The proximity of the main street with its many res taurants is an advantage, but is still noisy at 22:15.

The rooms were clean and location close to the beach and long Boats The hotel staff was not Friendly at all and when asked to make a local phone call the told me to buy an eSIM card. They had a price sheet at front desk if the bedding or towels to dirty. The insisted on you security being paid in cash. Also if you like music that’s great cause the alley way nights play a good selection of music that you will be able to listen to till 2am
