酒店位置非常方便，酒店位於奧南夜市和奧南海灘中間，走路都非常方便。預訂的聯通泳池的房間，每天都會從陽台直接跳進泳池出門，孩子喜歡的不得了，有三個單獨的泳池，其中一個是小童娛樂的泳池，有三個滑梯，全世界各地的小孩一起玩，帶娃很放心。早餐、衞生中規中矩，畢竟不是連鎖酒店，標準化差了一點。不過在奧南算是不錯的酒店了，值得推薦。

酒店的兩大亮點是早餐與泳池：早餐品種豐富，品質良好，就餐環境舒適怡人，室外餐區風景優美，員工友善禮貌，很享受酒店的早餐；泳池號稱泰國最大，住了4天，每天早晚游泳並長時間躺在池邊，遊了十幾次，沒從一頭游到另一頭，因為泳池真的很長。房間設施傢俱略舊，床品不錯，衞生間也不錯。酒店離沙灘很近，過條馬路就是，不過馬路上車多速度快，好在酒店有員工在現場查看路況，指揮過馬路。酒店前沙灘有酒店放置的躺椅，有酒店員工管理服務，沙灘看落日很美。酒店周圍沒有奧南熱鬧，但也不乏餐館按摩店，在一家面朝大海的按摩店做過足按，看海聽濤享足按，很舒服。這家酒店很適合泡酒店泡泳池慢享早餐，下次再來甲米肯定還住這家酒店。

Beautiful hotel , lovely gardens , well cared for villas , stunning little bay . The staff were all lovely , kind and always helpful . The villas were designed for comfortable easy living . Spacious indoor and outdoor seating , lovely comfortable beds , great bathroom area , twin sinks , shower and full bath . A/ C was great - outdoor area with view , ceiling fan and electric sockets . The large Pool area was always well maintained and the staff really looked after us . We did a 3 Island boat trip from the which was great - scooter hire from across the street, lots to explore . Plenty of small shops and excellent family run restaurants . Would love to return one day .

I want to start by saying that the staff were so pleasant and incredibly attentive. However, this hotel doesn’t compare to other 5*s I have stayed in. The breakfast which we paid for was a free for all in the morning and you would think they would prioritise seating for those staying in the VIP villas (they did not). We stood around wondering aimlessly for ten minutes before we pounced on a couple who were leaving their table. We went for dinner one night during our stay and the restaurant vibe was lacking, there was no music and we felt so rushed to get out so they could clock off for the evening. During that dinner service, we ordered two Chang beers and had to remind the waiter twice of out order. On to the room.. The views were stunning and having a swim up pool was amazing but the smell of drain as you walked into the property was overwhelming. They did offer for us to swap rooms but the location and view was not as good, so we persevered. Overall, a good stay but there are definitely some areas that need to be ironed out for it to be called 5 star

酒店很大，我入住的是靠後的非景觀房，進入后甚至還要走一會兒才能到，房間麪積很大，床也很大，睡上去感覺很舒適，樓下就有711便利店、各種餐飲店、旅行社、出租摩托的非常方便，酒店還配套一個游泳池這也是我選擇他的原因，但非常可惜衹有白天開放，我沒有機會感受和使用他。唯一美中不足的是，我的床單和被套上都有污漬，這很明顯，雖然服務員幫我更換了新的，但我覺得這是不應該出現的，畢竟我認為這個酒店很高檔的，可能是因為現在遊客比較少的緣故，沒有怎麼打掃吧，整體不錯還會繼續選擇。

在攜程「盲選」的酒店，沒想到性價比如此之高！酒店很好住，雖然不臨街，但是也非常方便，我喜歡這裏的安靜，走到街道上也就需要3分鐘吧，按摩店、711、星巴克、麥當勞、洗衣房都在街道上，走到奧南海灘需要10多分鐘吧，就很方便，下次來甲米，還會選擇這裏，早餐好吃，泳池好評，房間好評。服務人員很熱情。

總的來說,一家非常優秀的酒店。我們到達時非常安靜(只有幾對夫婦和家庭佔據了其他別墅)。工作人員非常出色,真的超越了一切,使我們的住宿愉快。我們不得不搬房間,因爲我們別墅後面的游泳池泵房有一些多餘的噪音,但工作人員非常理解和包容(如果它更忙,那麼這可能是不可能的)。早餐很棒,免費班車到海灘是一個偉大的補充。位置是完美的 - 你可以步行約20分鐘左右到海灘,沿途有很多可以看和做的事情。唯一令人失望的是健身房設施和沒有酒吧的事實,但除此之外,這是一個很棒的酒店。

The villa had a beautiful view. We booked a villa with the view of the mountains. The pool was beautiful as well. You will be driven up and down to your villa if you are high on the mountain (too steep and far to walk), but easily done by calling for the buggy and it’s there in a few minutes. Slightly out of the main town but only a short tuktuk to beaches and markets, which was easy to do. We do recommend aonang Fiore!

這個酒店就在主街旁邊，分為1幢和2幢，這個豪華直通泳池在2號樓，房間大一點但是床很小啊，2*1m的床，勒個小，房間意思是還大的，兩個大行李箱是有地方放的；但是要上個很陡的斜坡去這個樓，我們推上去的時候已經開始懷疑人生了；早飯很簡單不建議吃；最後一晚住在高級直通泳池房，這個床就大了，2*1.5m，那還可以睡睡，但是房間就小了，兩個箱子都放不下，泰國人的設計思路真是bug，但是呢在一號樓，這個泳池感覺麼肯定是2號樓的好點；綜合下來啊，如果真的住這裏的話還是住一號吧，高級直通泳池雙床房吧

很新的酒店，一進門就可以看到。我剛從機場打車，出租車司機問我，我要去哪裡住，我說 Infinity，他說“嘿，這是一個很好的選擇”在這裡住了 4 天后，我又預訂了 6 晚。游泳池很乾淨，東西很熱情，可以選擇含早餐或不含早餐的房間，每天打掃。健身房仍在建設中，但我想當你到達那裡時，它已經準備好了。距離奧南海灘 2 公里，沒有那麼嘈雜和擁擠。從我的心臟按鈕推薦你。

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

Shellsea was a beautiful hotel, clean and the room was spacious! It was non-peak season while we were there so there weren't many people around - we got the family pool to ourselves one morning! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We requested their favour to drop us off at a nearby restaurant 300m away and they did. Only complain I would have is that it's further away from Ao Nang so transportation might be an issue. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to/from Aonang three times a day. We relied on Grab car to get by. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay with our 6 month old son!

機場出口中巴拼車150泰銖即可直達奧南海灘酒店門口。完全超出預期的一家度假村酒店，除了交通方便、逛街餐飲方便、去海邊步行方面之外。這家度假村的風景也是多層次豐富的風景，看山觀海，熱帶植物茂密，綠植點綴特別用心，建築古樸有風格。酒店房間裝飾很有情調，明亮，空氣清新，陽枱面對山海。兩個泳池風景絕佳，spa館在最高處的山林裏。出門熱鬧，進門寧靜，是很理想的度假酒店。服務從下車熱情接待開始，行李不用自己拿到房間，可以適當給一點小費。甲米人對中國遊客很友好，物價低，有中文菜單，餐館服務生都會説幾句中文。

到萊利沙灘住宿的客人衹要到奧南茅碼頭下，就不用擔心行李問題。酒店在碼頭有接待處，離公共碼頭不遠，問人就可以。打電話酒店就會安排長尾船接送，每趟100泰銖。到達後行李也有人接送，獨自旅行都不用擔心。前台女生態度熱情，酒店餐廳也不錯，就在沙灘邊。觀察了下，隔壁就是更奢華的瑞婭維德度假村，沙灘其實是公用的，而這家價格更親民園林風景管理也是五星水平。靠近泳池的房間比較好，還有私人小屋也不錯。室內裝飾涼爽有風格，衹是燈光不夠明亮。需要注意的是隨時關閉陽台門，猴子會進來搶食物。不過它們衹對吃的感興趣，尤其喜歡吧台上的腰果。度假村附近有店鋪一條街，氛圍感足，好逛，晚上也熱鬧。

這次入住體驗很好，來之前看到有些評論還有點忐忑，但是來了後很驚喜，服務員很友好，前台重點詞彙可以中文，房間很新，佈局緊湊，裝修實用，帶着孩子入住很方便，最最驚喜的是早餐，很豐富，照顧到大人和小朋友的需求，味道很好，做的很精緻，餐廳也不嘈雜，安安靜靜用餐，體驗很棒！

剛到就印象不好，入口被很多車堵住不能直接下，前台辦理入住很不專業，也不熱心。我說了訂了兩個大床的房間，結果給了一個雙床。我再確認之後她們才看到我另一個單子，結果還是給了一個雙床和一個大床。我要求第二天有大床就給我換，第二天蠻早就有打掃好了，這個還是不錯的。 設施：泳池還是蠻不錯的，從房間就能看到。沒訂含早的套餐，想說看看再選擇，菜品看着不是很喜歡還要300銖，就一直在外麪吃了，不遠就是主街，有很多美食。 衛生：第一個房間有幾處地方是不夠乾淨的，特別是馬桶；但是第二天換的還是蠻幹凈的，看來是概率問題。 環境：酒店的位置很好，在海邊，房間高一點肯定可以看見海。離主街也很近，缺點就是有點老 服務：餐廳的服務還不錯，其他的就一般了

Super impressed with this hotel. Great communication - arranging transport to and from the Airport , and flexibility with earlier arrival than initially booked. Room was spacious and clean…plus it was decorated in my fav colours!! Housekeeping kept giving us clean beach towels every day and the rooms were cleaned super fast. The room had amazing views from a spacious balcony. There were a couple of issues - air conditioning wasn’t working too well and a blocked lav - calls to the front desk were answered and someone was sent up right away to fix both problems within 10-20 mins. Very efficient! The breakfast was all you can eat and had a variety of food the choose from…Western and Thai. Spent a lot of time at the beach bar…great drinks (Mango Daiquiri so yum) and the food was great for a quick snack. Plus you can’t beat the view of the beach. Both pools were great as well! I enjoyed my stay and would go back there for sure!! Thank you Ao Nang Villa Resort!

安靜的度假勝地與舒適的房間。早餐是非常美味的清真食品。我入住的是一個翻新過的房間。這個房間又大又舒適又乾淨。浴室也很乾凈，並設有獨立的淋浴處和浴缸。床很舒服。公共遊泳區也很棒。只要你和前台預約安排一些旅遊觀光項目，你的要求都會按計劃實現。它地處奧南海灘（Ao Nang）的郊區，附近有飯店和酒吧。不過要當心那裡的蚊子和其它昆蟲，因為這個酒店的位置非常接近大自然。

Beau mais je ne reviendrai pas Accueil agréable, la chambre très jolie et l'accès piscine depuis la chambre, mais.. Gros point noir de l'hôtel.. Pas assez de transat pour tout les clients! Pas de règlement ni de surveillance de la piscine se qui fait que certains clients réserves leurs transat à 7h du matin avec leurs serviettes et reviennent après manger à 14h reste 1h et reparte sans leurs serviettes pour y revenir quelques heures plus tard... Je n'ai pas pu profiter de l'espace piscine très déçu. Le jacuzzi dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Les sièges en bois sur les terrasses font mal au dos et ne sont pas réglable, pas possible de s'allonger

The positive is the location. The hotel is in the intersection of the two main roads and on the beach shore. So all available amenities are within walking distance. The positive is also a negative as our room was noisy from street traffic, music and the tour boats leaving early morning, throughout the day and evening. We were encouraged by the look of the front of the building and the reception area but this quickly dissipated as we saw the state of the motel behind the modern facade. The room itself was cleanish but in need of some serious maintenance and attention. The place really needs to be refurbished. We had to stuff towels in the door gaps to prevent the mosquitoes from entering. Dont bother paying extra for the seaview room as the sea vista is primarily trees and utility wires. The pool was very nice. Front desk staff were excellent. Dining room staff were rude. It is a suitable facility if you're accustomed to camping looking for good value, not recommended for much else.

如果經濟許可，一定要選擇入住二天以上，有專屬的遊艇接送，感覺很棒。一踏入飯店就很喜歡，沒有華麗的lobby，多了原始質樸，會選擇喀比，就是要這個fu。 房間是獨棟二層的童話小屋，超可愛，布置也很溫馨，處處貼心，有免費飲料、點心及水果，每天房務人員也會補齊。浴室的用品也都高檔，連肥皂都是手工肥皂，一般喀比飯店沒有牙刷，這裏倒是全部完整高級好用喔。樓下客廳、樓上房間，空間很大。 值得一提的飯店周遭環繞三個海灘，靠近游泳池的海灘可以看落日，非常美麗，拍起來每張照片都像明信片。 提醒，入住此飯店，就不要參加四小島的tour，因為部分景點就在飯店旁邊喔。 飯店住宿價格很高，想當然爾餐廳價格也很高，若不想負擔這麼大，旁邊其他飯店餐廳價格就很一般。可以考慮，早餐及免費下午茶就在rayawadee用，午、晚餐可考慮出去多看一下。 台灣旅行社甚少出團，自由行機加酒，若安排回程送機人在飯店接，可要求改在碼頭，這樣才可搭飯店的快艇喔。 住宿期間對服務也還滿意，除了飯店主管有些種族歧視的感覺，對東方人都客氣但冷淡，小小缺點啦。

This was our first time in Railay and we loved our stay at Bhu Nga Thani. We decided to splurge and get the pool villa, and it was well worth it. The Room: The room had a private entrance, was very spacious, and had a romantic tropical feel to it. Staff came every day while we were out to clean both the room and the pool. It was a lot of fun going night swimming there and hearing the frogs in the pond next to it croaking to each other (don't worry - the frogs never entered the pool). The bed and pillows were comfortable, not hard or stiff at all, and it came with a very large bug net. I hate bugs and am very prone to mosquito bites so I slept peacefully knowing no bugs would be eating me in my sleep! Water pressure and temperature in the shower were good, wi-fi connection in the room was good... Overall, an amazing room with kind staff and we would stay again! The Food: Breakfast was maybe the only downfall. There was not a large variety of items, but its saving grace was the live banana pancake (yum!) and egg station, plus it had a nice view looking out the ocean/mangroves. We did go to the hotel pool and had a few frozen drinks at the bar. So delicious and the bartender manning the swim-up bar was soooo friendly, he was the best! It was a lot of fun hanging out there, swimming, and watching the monkeys jumping from tree to tree around the area. Just be sure to not leave your drinks or food out because they will come to eat anything left unattended. The great bartender/staff will come scare them away if needed though. The Location: As it was our first time there, I was worried about how far we had to walk because it is HOT in Thailand, but luckily as soon as you're off the pier, turn right and it's right there. Just a 5 minute walk. Very convenient! Plus, it's less crowded on this side of Railay and less noisy in our opinion. Overall, Bhu Nga Thani met all expectations and we had a great time.

Is it luxury? No. Is it perfect? Yes. An absolute dream weekend away. Exceptional value for money. I booked a jacuzzi room and I could not have been happier. The peninsula itself and the beach are just heaven. I booked transport to and from the airport, had my own shuttle and boat to the beach for very little money. Highly recommended.

A five star resort, if like us you are 80 years old, who like nice things and good service. We were treated like royality and this was our third holiday there. Beach front rooms are the best with the views, breakfast was brilliant as Suwon looked after these two oldies, like he was their son. Reception provided golfcart transport to our hire car whenever requested and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and sheet and towel changing every day, Some have moaned about the coffee and the boat noise, the coffee is great if like me you like it strong and the boat people have a living to make. All in all a fantastic place and I hope we are well enough to go again some time Two complaints. One was the small pool, which unbeknown to us had been replaced by a larger pool. we were kooking forward to using ths pool but whoever designed it, never included a way of entry and exit suitable for old people. There was no hand rail, just steps under water. Totally useless for us, neither were there any hand rails upto and into the big pool, so we were disappointed not to have a swim. Handrails are important and there were other places they might have been put. Low cost items but so important to older people like us. The other gripe was the beach sunbeds, most seemed to be playgrounds for the sand ants. I think they should be sprayed, to keep the beds and tables free of the little blighters.

Had a fantastic stay here , from the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive despite the rather strange check in system in place. The room was spotless , and was always well maintained , we had a deluxe jacuzzi room . .. the view was fabulous but we were expecting something a little more than an jaccuzzi bath you would see in a house bathroom for one person ... Which for that reason was never used .. and as comfortable as the room was .. it was getting dated .. however it didn't dampen our spirits as it was still lovely, we came to spend our time outside .. and there were absolutely no disappointments there , situated right on the beach with a lovely tree with a rope swing providing some much needed shade , and the sea no more than a few steps at high tide .. it was literally heavenly .. the changing views across the sea to the scattered islands changing with the sun from morning to evening and the sunsets are breathtaking and not to be missed , boat taxis visit the beach regularly and are very reasonable and definitely worth using for a private tour of the islands . breakfast was fantastic and always plentiful and delicious , infact the only real disappointment was eating and drinking at the restaurant at night , despite it having postcard views the service , food and drink was very underwhelming , and dare I say at times frustrating .. and with the resort being relatively isolated dining out isn't just a wander down the street , missing orders , incorrect bills , slow inattentive staff , and communication problems due to language barriers seemed to occur frequently with the staff at night , something which was never evident at any other time , fortunately as a frequent business traveller also I always try to avoid charging to my room to avoid any billing issues , innocent mistakes seemed to be the norm at night .. and easy to miss with a quick signature .. .. that said we had a fabulous stay and I'm sure that we were maybe just unlucky as it was quiet due to the time of year .. definitely a great place to stay at particularly for couples looking for a quiet relaxed time .. lastly .. honest rating would be more 3.7 ..

甲米的悦榕莊不是很大，但也基本夠泡酒店了。大堂的景觀一直是悦榕莊的招牌，面對宏島的景觀是一級棒的。 訂了海景房，99平米是包括泳池面積的，房間面積就確實挺小的，一張床佔據了房間絕大部分，寫字枱、電視機等就衹能環繞着，空間確實小了點，叫roomservice都不太好擺。房間設施無功無過，大體是悦榕莊平均水平。 早餐品種不多，現做的倒是每天都在換，但其他熱食、冷食幾乎沒什麼變化，住了四個晚上，到最後一天還是有點吃膩了。 總體服務不差，有參差也是正常情況，泳池服務生比較熱情。 晚餐吃了兩次，午餐吃了一次，印象最深刻的是泰式辣披薩。價格不低，也還在承受範圍內。 酒店位置相對郊區，對於泡酒店是沒問題的，如果想去奧南海灘走走，買買東西，叫車出行大概16公里，還是有點遠的。 總體上是推薦的，對於愛泡酒店人士則更加分。

IMPORTANT BEWARE! We are 2 respectable women that were travelling for a short break to forest homestay. We have a strong standing in our communities, with better things to be doing with our time than this. Yet thought it important people know the truth about this venues corruption. We are a teacher and a doctor, that had our holiday ruined by the crime committed at this venue. The staff here have no customer awareness or service, they have hung the phone up on us many times mid conversation when we have tried to deal with a crime committed by their staff- who stole up to £800 in cash from our room. They don’t understand a-lot of English which makes communication impossible. This has ruined our holiday and we have had to go home. We were not able to go to the police as we are now out of the country. They are accusing us of lying about something very serious. Their cash safety box didn’t work in the room. We never imagined this crime would take place in this environment. The staff are denying any responsibility and are very rude. Highly advise to not trust this place! There seems to be plenty of other good environments that are far more respectable, with trustworthy staff.

一位在甲米住了30年的朋友向我推薦了The Greenry。我正在考慮在萊利島預訂並享受海灘(每晚2000至3000泰銖)。每晚大約需要60至100美元。非常感謝我把她留在甲米鎮。我連續3天去了奧農海灘。沿海灘的餐廳很棒。我可以走路,騎自行車或抓一把(Rot Thaw)太便宜了。後面有側座,大概是50-60泰銖(大概1,50美元)如果想獨行比它多的話,我愛這個地方,沒什麼好看的,但是老闆會說英語,他們有很棒的員工。他們4層有電梯和樓梯。沒有熨斗或吹風機。自帶。他們不提供早餐,但從我所看到的,他們必須在Covid之前。當這些酒店重新站起來時,優雅。我每晚付了500泰銖,一晚15美元。房間大小不錯。有可愛的室外熱帶座位/桌子和椅子可以坐在吊扇下。值得!這可能是我經常住的地方。步行距離內有很多被高度評價的餐廳和咖啡廳。非常科維德安全,沙批准!

這裏的工作人員都很棒，竭盡全力為我們服務。很喜歡淋浴，房間在一個很棒的位置上，附近有很多可以吃到清真食品的地方，離沙灘衹有五分鐘的路程。還會再來的。這裏很安靜，附近有便利設施，這裏的員工和房間讓酒店像家一樣舒服。我們沒時間使用游泳池，不過酒店有一個屋頂泳池和一個底層泳池，兩個都看起來很棒。唯一抱怨的地方是，淋浴的水可以再熱一點，還有就是為什麼在最後一天的早上七點打電話問我們接下來的目的地。不過我就不計較這些了。
