Nice little apartment, clean and new. There is no reception but the communication was really smooth with the property. Close to the center of the city, recommended.

Appartement très propre situé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur N7. Très bien placé moins de 15 minutes du centre ville à pieds. De nombreuses places de stationnement autour de l'immeuble. 4 PLN par heure payant entre 10h et 22h. Super communication avec Tadeusz, très reactif. Les accessoires de cuisine pourraient être améliorés : grille pain, balai pour nettoyer...passoire...pour le reste nous avons passé un très bon sejour, appartement chaud malgré de fortes chutes de neige. A RECOMMANDER

Was very clean, around 15 mins walk from the square. Arrived at 11am wasn't allowed to check in until 2pm. You have to ring for a code for the door which we didn't receive until after 2pm. Bring extra towels they charge for change of towels or room cleans. Also there's no lift , we were on the 3rd floor an the stair way it roasting. If you have any mobility issues definitely email for 1st floor. Apart from that we had no problems at all, really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful modern apartment, just a 15 min walk from the square or 2 min walk to the nearest tram. The tram system is super easy to navigate although we mostly walked as we got to explore more this way. The code system is perfect although it would have been handy to receive the details on the morning of our stay instead of having to ring up and ask (as we arrived when the office was closed) Having to ring caused unwanted stress- I had difficulties connecting due to poor phone signal. The wine garage is fab! We only had a drink there but the food smelt amazing!

I must say these apartments are just perfect. They are in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the main market square and also 10 minute walk from the Vistula river. The apartments themselves are spotless and have all the amenities needed. It was very warm when we were there and there was a large fan in the room which was a god send. The rooms are very secure with each room having an individual PIN number. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Myself and my partner stayed in the wine apartments in Krakow from the 26th to 30th July 2022. Firstly, totally unaware that there was no lift and we had to go to the top floor to our apartment. The heat in the stairway was unreal and uncomfortable. Entry to the apartment was via a code that only after a phone call was supplied. The apartment was small with no wardrobe to hang clothes, only three hooks and one hanger. Totally inadequate. The fridge in the apartment was useless as it was not switched on which we only became aware of on the day before leaving. Who in their right mind would not have a fridge running before guests arrive. Unhygienic and potentially a health hazard. Then to find out a charge of 50pln to change the towels which is stupid on a package holiday thru easyJet holidays. We had a bed and breakfast basis but the choice of three dishes was poor. Not worth the money if you had to pay for it as a package or separately. Thankfully the issues with the accomodation did not stop us enjoying our holiday as Krakow is a place I have enjoyed now on two occasions. We will be back but definitely not staying in the Wine apartments.

Stayed in the Merlot double (no 11) for 4 nights recently and was very impressed with the accommodation. The apartment was very clean and spacious throughout, with a separate double bedroom plus a sofa bed in the living area. I found the bed very comfortable and the room comfortably warm. The living area had a kitchenette which was well equipped with a microwave, kettle, hob, fridge with ice box and basic kitchen equipment. The small but well designed shower room had a good sized corner shower cubicle with plenty of hot water and was immaculately clean. Towels were also provided. The only downside to the accommodation was the lack of a lift, as the three flights of stairs were a bit daunting at the end of a long day out, but the quality of the accommodation made up for this. We ate twice in the basement restaurant, which was very good, and found a supermarket and a lovely little cafe close by (Cafe Feliz) for coffee and cake. The walk into the old town was a comfortable 20 minute stroll. I would definitely recommend the Wine apartments to anyone looking for comfortable, convenient and reasonably priced accommodation, so long as they are able to manage the stairs.

Nice spacious apartment. Kitchen was baisc but we ate out so not an issue. Host was very reliable and checking in was stress free. A stroll to old town but plenty of trams around the corner. We were on the 3rd floo, no loft so be ready to climb stairs.
