Całkiem nie zły hotel za niewielką cenę.

The worst hotel we have ever been to. It was so bad we left after only 2 hours! This is no way a 4 star hotel, at best it’s 1 star. The hotel is dated, dirty and unwelcoming. The hotel location is dyer, nothing in the vicinity at all, no bars or restaurants. Cannot comment on food as didn’t stay long enough to try. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

Definitely not 4 star. The plus points: The breakfast is nice with lots of choice. The location 2 mins from the tram stop makes the main square very easy to access. Most staff were friendly and helpful. The negatives: It’s very very dated. Rooms are awful, beds so uncomfortable, no mattress or pillow protectors didn’t have one good night while we were there. Rooms hot, air conditioning doesn’t work and they don’t have any fans. Towels are like thin sandpaper I’d bring your own with you. Most staff were lovely but when I asked about local restaurants I was told by one to look on the internet not exactly helpful ! Overall it was a base but not being comfortable enough to sleep was so disappointing.

Nice hotel, a bit far from the center but there was a tram nearby, so it is not a problem to reach the center. The location is good. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was a good breakfast. The parking is within the premises of the hotel.

My friend and I chose this hotel and we were not disappointed at all! The room was nice and warm, a little old in style but that was okay. Shower was really good, you have shower gel etc supplied in the bathrooms. Room was cleaned everyday and we had no complaints. The hotel has a sauna, which is free but be aware, people go in naked, I felt out of place in my long shorts lol. The food was good and varied, breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was fantastic! We were half board so agreed for a late dinner/supper each night around 7pm. We had 2 great meals and a meal of pierogi on one night, which was a little meh. The hotel is easy to reach from the airport (bus then a tram) and it is also well situated for trams into the town centre, etc. We booked visits to Auschwitz and Birkenau, had to go into the centre to the meeting point. We also had a day in the old town and saw the indoor markets, cathedrals, horse carriages etc. The hotel has a large supermarket nearby, which is cheap and useful. The staff at the hotel are super amazing! I emailed them a lot prior to our stay, to ask about sights, food, sauna etc. They were very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and check out late for free! Thank you again!

A little bit old style, but provides a comfortable stay. The bed is too soft. The room was absolutely clean. On the TV there was no English channel. The breakfast was really good, the choices were big. With public transportation the centre of city is only a few minutes away.

We had booked 2 tours thru the hotel, unfortunately my partner had a fall and badly sprained her ankle, she had to go to hospital, on her return I asked if anywhere was open to get water, hoping they would supply it at 11pm at night but the told me where a shop was open about half a mile away. I just walked as my partner was in pain but I'm pretty sure they could have got a bottle from the bar! The next day I had to cancel our trip to Auchwitz later that day I had to cancel our trip to the Salt mines as she was still in a great deal of pain, one of the receptionist said we would get some money back but when I asked the next day I was told we would get nothing as it was booked and so was the driver, I am sure there would have been others on the tour, so it would have went ahead anyway. I was very disappointed and angry about how we had been treated, it was an accident after all. The cost was 840 Zlotys in total, I think a partial refund would have been fair. Thanks John Richardson

I really recommend this hotel. There is a great SPA areas with very good and cheap offer. Food is also cheap with good quality and quantity. Rooms are clean and pretty. Very nice place for a weekend. The location is very close to the centre.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona. Często nocuję w hotelach i zwracam uwagę na opinie innych gości, jednak wiem też, że niektóre mogą być mocno przesadzone. Rzeczywiście – w niedalekiej przyszłości hotel powinien przejść remont, rzeczywiście – w okresie covidowym w wielu hotelach istnieją restrykcje wpływające na usługę, ale dla mnie najważniejsze jest wygodne, czyste łóżko, pokój, w którym nie muszę się obijać o własną walizkę, smaczne śniadanie i lokalizacja. Dla mnie super, ale wiadomo – dla każdego coś innego.
