王后精品套房飯店(The Ranee Boutique Suites)

地理位置優越。可以到達很多地方。古晉濱海藝術中心 (Kuching Esplanade) 就位於飯店前方。步行即可找到美味的食物。只是大多數商店很早就關門了 友好的工作人員因為每當你走過他們時他們都會微笑。如果你想像我一樣擁有美麗的景色，請選擇河景房，但這意味著有時會很吵，尤其是在晚上。我的房間唯一不好的是廁所的閃光系統不強。早餐還可以，但很簡單。如果能提供自助餐形式就更好了。

Extremely friendly staff. Took the extra mile to help us source for places of interest and food we wanted to try. The team always serves with a smile. Well done, All. We will return.

地理位置優越，位於古晉市中心，鄰近著名的古晉海濱。工作人員很棒，很有禮貌，總是隨時提供幫助。安全性也很好，特別是在夜間，只有持有鑰匙的客人才能進入飯店。好約翰。

房間很寬敞，但是浴缸缺少 105 房間的塞子。曾要求工作人員修理它，但沒有採取任何行動

Nice and comfortable for stay.

Was offered this hotel after the sister hotel- Marian Boutique Hotel turned out to be a hotel of nightmares!! This has equally got awful review so we declined. Still chasing our refund from the Hotel owner. After 3 days of being ignored we are now making it our pledge that everyone needs to know about the appalling sister hotels. We won’t settle until funds are returned. Next stop, complaints to Malaysian tourist board and a request for a full health and safely inspection. The fact that we are not the only negative review on these hotels speaks volumes, but we are amazed that the management are doing NOTHING to settle our concerns. This suggests to me that they are money grabbing and have no understanding or skills in hospitality and customer service. DO NOT PAY TO SYAY at these hotels. Hit them in the purse and they might star to realise that they have to deliver what they advertise.

Plus side: Beautifully furnished and centrally located with pleasant staff but otherwise a budget hotel with few facilities and not those listed on its website. Breakfast was pitiful and aircon didn’t cool sufficiently to enable us to sleep. Quite noisy, take ear plugs We had a beautiful quilt for one night only then they whisked it away for the next guests. Fire alarm in the night was badly handled. Poor staff left shivering and soaking wet; guests left sitting for an hour with no offers of refreshments, and brown water in the rooms next morning as a water pipe had burst - No advice was proffered as to its safety. Quite a maze so glad it wasn’ta fire

The bedroom TV wasn’t working throughout our stay there. Plus the in-house safe wasn’t working as well so we had to carry our valuables around while outside. Other than these minor inconveniences, the staff offered very personable and prompt service, impeccable and fast. Good location to a lot of good food places.
