Was offered this hotel after the sister hotel- Marian Boutique Hotel turned out to be a hotel of nightmares!! This has equally got awful review so we declined. Still chasing our refund from the Hotel owner. After 3 days of being ignored we are now making it our pledge that everyone needs to know about the appalling sister hotels. We won’t settle until funds are returned. Next stop, complaints to Malaysian tourist board and a request for a full health and safely inspection. The fact that we are not the only negative review on these hotels speaks volumes, but we are amazed that the management are doing NOTHING to settle our concerns. This suggests to me that they are money grabbing and have no understanding or skills in hospitality and customer service. DO NOT PAY TO SYAY at these hotels. Hit them in the purse and they might star to realise that they have to deliver what they advertise.
