The hotel still brand new and still in the soft opening period, that explained no 24 hours room service and short service time in some of the outlets but it’s was really good stayed, the staff was really helpful and informative specially the lady who help me during the check in time, really professional (sorry forgot to ask the name), the breakfast also really good with various option including some locals delicacies, definitely will be back again.

Staff hotel ramah ramah, terutama staff FO Kak Putri yang Ramah dan baik. Hotel yang memiliki kualitas kenyamanan dan kebersihan. Sarapan menu bervariasi dari lokal, nasional dan western. Hotel dengan sunset view terbaik di kota Kupang

This is one of best hotel in town with modern concept, highly internet speed, friendly staff and taste food This hotel really recommend especialy for bussiness leisure and also mice because they have biggest ballroom

I really amazed with this hotel, staff very friendly since i arrive at lobby, they welcome me and escort me to the room and explain very detailed about hotel facilities. Room is clean and super cozy. Food in the restaurant is very delicious and reasonable price. Very recommended for people who wants to visit Kupang, NTT. Definitely will be back soon

Clean room and comfy with high speed internet acces strategic location nearby business and government district back to hotel after whole day work you Will welcome by fantastic sunset view also friendly staff thanks to Alfian Andry Randy jean in front office so kind and helpful recommended for any business or leisure trip

I had an Enjoyable stay at harpers hotel Kupang. Located in the middle of the town made it easy to access anywhere especially when on a business trip! Nice and helpful staff also made the stay worthwhile. Would recommend this hotel if you look for a place to stay with quick access to places in town!

Very good hotel with nice infinity pool, big and clean room and with smart room as well, they also have rooftop and now open for break fasting we can see the city view of kupang, they’re menu also have many option start from appetizer till dessert, last but mot least their service was excellent from all staff hotel
