Holiday Inn & Suites 拉克羅斯(Holiday Inn & Suites la Crosse - Downtown)

Had a horrible time getting the temperature up in there. Would only go to 69. Changed on the thermostat and it locked in at 72, but it would not kick in. Set temperature was 72 and room temperature 69 on the wall by the door (much cooler heater the window). Desk offered to bring extra blanket, but didn't help much. Shower was also filthy. I wiped down and cleaned up what logged like a rust color in the shower stall. Also a Cheeto on the floor 😅

Our room had no hot or even warm water for a shower on Saturday. Explained this to front desk Saturday. Sunday we had luke warm water to shower with. With rates being over $300/night, I would think the average peraon would be a little disappointed. GM called me after I emailed them twice about this. He was passive aggressive and kept making excuses with no solutions. He then proceeded to tell me how to run the business I own and told me I dont do things correctly. Told me it was my choice to book there so it's my fault. If you double rates for busy weekends, fine, I get supply and demand, but you better be sure you can accomodate a full hotel. I would have been fine with everything (even no/cold shower) but not with the cruel GM comments I received. I know people have bad days, but his cruel words went far beyond a bad day. I really hope this man finds a job where he does not deal with the public because customers don't deserve to be scolded and belittled after spending over $700 for 2 night at your facility. No one deserves that treatment.

Great location to walk to many things. Very friendly staff. Kind of disappointed that the onsite restaurant is closed. The hot tub wasn't working properly, but it wasn't unusable. I would stay here again because of location and nice staff.

The room only came with two towels. When we arrived there was water pooled in a spot on the bathroom floor. The room did not appear to be vacuumed as there was popcorn on the floor. Overall the room just did not feel clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. Also, no breakfast service was a suprise.

The room had a terrible smell and didn't seem very clean . Asked to switch rooms they offered to come spray some Coke spray some chemicals which I opted out of as that isn't gonna take away mold smell . No breakfast either

We tried to check in no one at desk had to leave and come back. No onsite parking. They had ramp coupon to park, desk clerk said, but there was no one at desk to get one from so we had to pay for parking. No resturant on site.

We had toilet problems and asked for a plunger…20 minutes later we still did not have one and the toilet was overflowing onto the floor rapidly. We called again and the manager was angry no one had delivered one yet, so then a maintence man shows up to clean it, but just mops things up with dirty cloths. He leaves and there is still water, chunks of toilet paper all over the floor, and dirty rags left. We reported it and the manager apologized and sent someone to clean it up correctly and sanitize. The rooms over all were run down and not cleaned well (q tips and trash between furniture). It was very disappointing for a holiday inn!

Pool was not working , hot tub was ok. Shower temps kept going cold and hot. Had to wait quite awhile to check in at the front desk, there was no one around.
