Tried to cancel stay because of getting Covid. Trip. Com did nothing but shove it in the hotel’s court. Spoke to the hotel and they said trip.com was the entity that needed to cancel. What a run around. I guess trip.com would have appreciated it more if the whole hotel would have been exposed. Did the responsible thing and stayed home and lost the money. Never will I use trip.com again!

We were disappointed that there were no beverages such as coffee and water available in the lobby for guests. We had to pay $6 in the bar for two cups of coffee. 😞

Could hear toilets flushing, water draining and people in next room coughing/hacking.
The room was dated and furniture was in rough shape.
The room had a stale smell to it.

Location is the best in La Crosse. We were literally right across the road from the famous Rotary Christmas lights. It was perfect. Location/view 10. Room maybe a 6.
The rooms need to be updated, as does the pool. Outdated, older. The pool needs a complete overhaul.
Mold on the floor board in the bathroom. For what the rooms cost here, it is time for an upgrade.
Again, the location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. Beautiful view of the water as well.

The Radisson is a beautiful hotel and it’s located right on the Mississippi River in downtown La Crosse. We were there to see the Rotary Lights in the park which was right outside of the hotel. We walked to the Freight House for a wonderful dinner and then walked around the park to enjoy the lights display. Everything was so convenient and we had a wonderful time.
