拉巴斯城市快捷飯店(City Express by Marriott la Paz)

me tuvieron esperando 1.5 horas para hacer check-in y no me daban habitación, adicional la habitación olía a insecticida, adicional Me perdieron mi identificación oficial, la atención de la recepcionista malísima y el Gerente no resuelve nada, solo te piden una disculpa pero no hacen nada

En general bien. Un minibar y cafetera en la habitación estaría genial. La alberca olía mucho a cloro. La limpieza de la habitación bien, más amenidades para la ducha, solo pusieron para 1 persona y somos 2. En el estacionamiento un Toyota Yaris gris placas 3117- AVE rayó mi camioneta, le comenté al recepcionista hombre que estaba en la tarde-noche del 02 de diciembre y al el señor de seguridad del hotel y NO HICIERON NADA AL RESPECTO, de mínimo decirme qué habitación tenía el sujeto para que pagara el daño causado. Muy mal! El desayuno decente, gracias a la señora cocinera.

El muchacho en recepción fue amable, pero no es suficiente con una buena intención, instalaciones muy viejas.una sola máquina de hielo para todo el hotel, no hay recipientes para el hielo y no hay hielo, reporte una falla en mi WC y no la atendieron, el hotel no tiene ventilación en sus habitaciones y huele horrible, los baños en el comedor estaban tapados

Este hotel no se encuentra en Todos los Santos como indica su dirección, esta en La Paz a 1.20 minutos. Tuve que regresarme hasta La Paz para no perder mi dinero.

La limpieza a la habitación fue regular: no siempre dejaban toallas limpias, o rellenaban kleenex, agua, etc. limpieza muy superficial/rápida. Lo más desagradable fue la poca limpieza de pasillos comunes; y área de y alberca principalmente. El personal solo hace Su trabajo más no te brinda más allá de respuestas rápidas y No da soluciones.

I liked the hotel itself it’s nothing fancy we stayed here with out 15month old she had a great time at the pool it’s right next to a pretty beach. What I didn’t like was the front desk people the only guy there Emiliano I think his name was had a horrible attitude we asked if we could bye something from the cafeteria we got a burger for our daughter and he finished up his text maybe 30 second for him to acknowledge us ignored us till he finished his text then we ordered and he said it would be up on our room well 45 min passed and my husband went down to ask for the burger and turned out he never took the order he took our money but not the order … also the other girl that was there checking ppl in everyday we were there had a horrible attitude couldn’t ask her anything cause she had a stank attitude. Other than those from desk people everyone else was so nice the securities the housekeepers, the cooks and the shuttle driver were all super nice

Real bad service, after the first night the room was not cleaned eve though we left the notification outside the door to clean it. Additionally. Only one set of shower towels. We called the receptionist only to hang up. We approached the receptionist supervisor only to say there is nobody to clean the room and provided only two towels. Will never comeback.

La extracción del baño no funcionaba y no había otra ventilación en la habitación, la habitación estaba sucia en el baño, se reportó y solo dijeron "aja si". Solo nos hospedamos una noche...... y el día de hacer el check out a las 10am llegó una señora muy insistente a decirnos que tenia que hacer la limpieza, le comenté que ya en 10min. haríamos el check out y nos dejó en paz. Deberían poner por escrito que a las 10 am tienes que salir corriendo de la habitación, que vergonzosa experiencia que alguien a las 10am suba a tu habitación a pedirte que te retires..

Un hotel de baja calidad. Incluso caro para el nivel del hotel. Por debajo de otros business class.
