The rooms are distinctive, luxurious and elegant , The location of this hotel is in the center of laayoune . I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I return to Laayoune .

J'ai vécu une expérience plus que merveilleuse. L'hôtel est situé en centre ville. Vous pouvez trouver tout ce que vous voulez près de chez vous. Le personnel de l'hôtel est une équipe formidable. Les chambres sont propres et sentent bon. Je le recommande à tous les touristes. Pour le visiter, ça vaut le coup.

Actually the staff are very friendly and helpful with a perfect location, and facilities very multi and nice. The room was very clean with a wonderful view. The room and beds very comfortable. BTW the price was very good for the value. Impeccable hotel

Manque de professionnalisme, nous sommes arrivés vers 17h, après 6 h de route et ils nous disent que les chambres ne sont pas encore prêtes. C enfantin, d’autant plus qu’il y a des travaux et il n’y a même pas de canapé pour s’asseoir. S’ils n’ont pas prélevé la somme due, on aurait quitté l’hôtel. Mauvaise expérience à ne pas faire ou il fait s’attendre à des mauvaises surprises

C une box pas une chambre même pas une fenêtre on y étouffe le personnel tres désagréable pas professionnel, impolie du tout , une vraie arnaque , vol dans les chambres durant mon absence, odeur de moisissure éviter d'y aller

Run away from there . The service is horrible, the staff doesn't care about anything. no even worth 1 star. they really need to change them management. smell in the room from the toilet no ventilation and windows .
