Holiday Inn Express 核桃溪(Holiday Inn Express Walnut Creek)

Our room and the hallways smelled like stale cigarette and **** smoke. There was red staining on the bathtub like it wasn’t properly washed. WiFi was non existent. If you park anywhere but the front when you check in, the security will give you a warning for that. The only pluses were the microwave fridge, and plentiful garage parking.

I usually don't do reviews but the unfriendly guy at the front made me do so. It was my worst experience out of all Holiday Inn Expresses. The room was not clean having hairs on towels when we entered the room. I asked for housekeeping both at the unfriendly counter and by a voice message at the housekeeping number but wasn't done the next day. Our family was out during the daytime and returned to our room in the evening. We were out of towels and it was really difficult to get help. The counter had only one towel when we needed four. You have to park at the basement garage but they won't explain friendly during check-in and put a annoying paper on your car window if you park on the first floor even for a very short while. A lot of plastic covers of buttons and lights in the elevator was damaged and the door locks had poor maintenance.

Internt , wifi, was very poor and slow , runnig 9-12 mps . Amd dropping every two minutes, I missed few meeting and call. I couldent use my cell for data and calls because not reception inside the rooms. I had to go outside for calling my friends and family , receptionist said to me I have to go to lobby to have better internet or phone reception . It was ridiculous. Heater noisy and full of dust ،carpets with multiple stains. I'm a member but not sure to come back there anymore.

Old hotel, thin walls, bathrooms are old and stained. Carpet looks dirty. It needs renovation. Maid came inside our room even with the do not disturb sign. We are definitely not coming back

Room smelled of smoke. Elevator shaking during first day going up or down. Out of service the next day. Carpets dirty, tub/shower badly stained, bath exhaust fan ineffective, tv reception poor with numerous freezes and signal losses.

Well I was in room 117. Handicap. For this I found the room hard to open/close bathroom door. So hard my yards are weak. A lot of bugs in room. I asked ur staff for the location of room and room number and he said… well I have u card read it. The 10 dollar parking fee for handicap.(I thought all handicap parking was legally free. I welcome ur feedback, But I do stay here at least once a month but if I return I will not request that side of building. Bcastro164@gmail.com

Do not stay here, as my daughter's truck was stolen, out of the underground parking lot, in the middle of the day on Mother's Day. When she reported it to her insurance company they said it was not the first claim they had gotten from this site for a stolen car. When we told the reception desk they did not react at all. No surprise or how can we help you, which was very odd! I wish we would have know this prior to staying here.

A party was happening in the lobby well into the evening and past 11pm and I could hear it very well from my room. Drag racing was happening outside my room on the main road. Room was generally clean and comfortable except for a large stain on the floor near the bed.
