核桃溪6號汽車旅館(Motel 6 Walnut Creek, CA)

The room floors need to be mopped, not just swept, and the counters wiped down. Also, there was not hot water available; however, I could not afford to fit the bill for another hotel last-minute, then wait up to 14 days for a refund from Motel 6. I feel like I should get a comp to try Motel 6 again; and hopefully, have a much more comfortable stay.

They were unable to produce a statement or receipt for my stay, claiming that it had to come from *******. They couldn't even tell me how much I had paid. The place is run down. No fridge in the room. No Kleenex. The light over the sink is so dim. The mattress is soft. The noise from the freeway is very loud.

I tried to cancel but greedy ******* said no. Debbie the manager called after I didn’t check in and I explained I booked the room for visitors but they had a room already. Debbie explained she could refund me since I never checked in but then berated me to be more responsible next time! I told her to forget the refund and don’t talk to me disrespectfully hung up.

Oh my... Well. The room had holes in the walls, the fixtures were barely hanging out. The bedsheets are as rough as sand paper. Half my outlets seemed to work. There was only one bar soap and when i opened it, the thing crumbled into pieces. Like it was an ancient cracker. The shower head was almost falling off. Half the building was obviously in a fire. Overall: I felt scared to sleep there. The comfort level was a 2/10. Would be a 1 but the front desk was nice.

Broken towel holder, holes in the bathroom door. Bath tub dirty, smell of smoke in the room, in a conclusion to you get what you pay for. I will not come back.

The property has suffered fire/smoke damage in at least three rooms on the second floor, and is in general in a state of disrepair. Rooms that are habitable are worn. TVs and AC units are worn.

It was bad experience because they don't have a hot water so I had to take a shower with cold water

No hot water….really! Too late to. Book elsewhere!
