Location, staff and hotel were amazing!

This hotel is in an excellent location and has fantastic amenities. The hotel continental breakfast was incredible, had a huge selection and incorporated several delicious Portuguese foods, as well as fresh fruit which was absolutely amazing. We also loved the pool - really big and lots of seating, plus a convenient pool bar. Would definitely recommend.

On nous avait attribué une chambre qui ne ressemblait en rien aux photos sur Expédia. On a dû beaucoup insisté pour avoir un studio conforme à ce qu’on avait loué. Réceptionniste peu accommodante.

Hotel com muito boas condições. De realçar positivamente a forma expedita e objetiva na resposta da funcionária Elisabete. De realçar negativo a espera para realizar o check in e a pouca desenvoltura no atendimento do funcionário. Nem uma palavra de "bem vindo", nem "o hotel tem isto ou aquilo". Tudo o que me foi dito só apenas após questionar. De resto tudo excelente.

This review is negative die to some real basics that could be solved to completely upgrade the experience to an acceptable standard. The 2BR apt was unclean, had terrible beds, bedding and pillow, and sparce furnishings more associated with a 2 or 3 star property. The disappointment of the rooms was countered by great and friendly staff, good breakfast and food, lovely service and nice pool. But the rooms are substandard, dated, and quite uncomfortable.

A very pleasant stay at the Aqualuz. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the indoor children’s play area was closed and I felt this was a service we had wished to avail of with a toddler.
