拉各斯伊凱賈麗笙飯店(Radisson Blu Hotel, Lagos Ikeja)

It was a great pleasure being a guest at the Radisson Blue Hotel Ikeja GRA. The place is cossy, serene, very neat and lively. Emmanuel who is the Supervisor at the Bar was very fantastic and guest centric. He is a great man. Uche the Restaurant Manager was also fantastic. Emmanuel and Uncle made me to have a great, remarkable and memorable stay here. Kudos to the duos. I look forward to my next visit. Cheers

It started with the hotel forgetting to pick me up from the airport. I landed at 21:30 and ended up at the hotel close to mid-night It took me two hours to arrive and when I did I was given a dingy rather dirty room facing the street, not only was there traffic, but a night club with blaring loud music right across the road, including blinking lights. It was 2am by the time I could finally sleep (and I had to get up a 6:00) so short and really bad night. There was nothing nice about the hotel and they charged me for the airport transfer that never came to pick me up. When I claimed I had been charged for multiple transfers, when in reality I had exactly one, I received no response; despite sending the booking receipts from my credit card.

I ate a Very nice, Tasty, yummy, classy, delicious meals and I had fun cause the dishes were so amazing…. I will say it’s a big blast of fun and never the less their juice were well served and dishes were well made, another thing that got me in the mood was how they wished my friends wife a happy birthday.. the presentation was so nice and sweet

The welcome in the hotel was great ,room amazing and large would recommend it but i have certain things that did not sit well for such a brand and expensive hotel. At check in we asked particularly if the pool /Gym was available as its important to us we were told yes ,only for us to go later and the pool was closed off with no explanations why it was closed off ,after pressing and pushing bless the reception lady she said some chemical had been poured in the pool and got us to use the pool in the sister hotel next door ,its appreciated but not acceptable for your pool to be closed off and at check not tell me and we stayed bout 2 or 3 days and the pool was never ready for use , ordered food at the restaurant sitting inside and was told i can't eat it in the restaurant because at the point the food was ready it was getting closed off lmfao in a hotel i was staying at in an empty restaurant .. laughable and they wanted to collect money for food i did not eat .Please when your restaurants are closed do not take orders /tell the customers so they make an informed decision ,nice hotel still information levels/ service not so great

Generally, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the services i received there was excellent, ranging from the food, the rooms, quality rooms and accessories, good reception from staff. Although the gym was not of good standard. it was not neat as expected. Every other thing was perfect.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Your services is topnotch and I love the aesthetic of your hotel. You really did a great deal ensuring customer satisfaction. I would also like to commend your staff by name Ifeanyi. He is an exceptional staff, all thanks to him. PS, thank you for making my stay memorable.

The meals are so delicious. I enjoyed every bit I ate. Customer service was top notch. This is a place I’d love to come again. Mr Uche and his team were so amazing. Kudos to them. They made sure my friends and I were so comfortable, relaxed and happy.

The aesthetic is amazing. Yes, one hotel I always have a sound sleep due to the soft fluffy pillows is Radisson Blu. More so, the services, commitment and comfort offered by both the establishment and the staff is laudable. Definitely coming back

I really had a great time and experience at Radisson Blu Ikeja GRA ... I had to extend my stay for extra 2 days. The food is also excellent....
