查爾斯湖金礦飯店(Golden Nugget Lake Charles)

Fabulous as always! We always enjoy our stay. Zoey Duplichain is a fantastic concierge and very attentive to the details. Our special order chocolate cake was fantastic. The water was perfect and the food is delicious. We absolutely loved it and we are going back next week! Can’t say enough about it! We love bills on the beach and Austin is a great server. The beach is great for walking at night and the atmosphere is great. Plenty of things to do and lots to see for everyone. We love golden nugget. The black jack is wonderful and they keep the drinks coming. We are going to celebrate my twins 21st birthday on Monday. I can’t wait it’s going to be absolutely perfect. We’ve ordered a cheesecake from Vic and Anthony’s. I’m sure it will be nothing short of amazing.

If you are staying during the week NOT all of the restaurants are open so there are VERY long wait times. There was only restaurant serving breakfast during the week. They DO NOT have room service during the week. Be prepared to pay $10 for a beer. Bring a cooler and keep it in your room.

We have stayed there since it opened but this time most the restaurants were closed for days. The rooms were wore out and several things didn’t work.( Like safe and bathroom makeup mirror. ) I use to recommend it to my friends as a little get away. Not anymore. Sad.

We had so called security try to break into our room. They claim they had wrong room. My wife was alone in room. we reported the incident and felt like it was all a cover up by everyone involved.

Beautiful hotel, but second night they had loud music playing at pool area all night, i couldnt sleep well.

Room was nice, decent size. Average comfort. Large shower and tub in bathroom was nice. ****** was average. Restaurants were average. Not really anything to do at the property other than the ******.

Great fun, good little getaway. Only bummer was the shower REEKED of mildew, twice as bad after every shower use. Other than that, was great !

Great hotel, food and entertainment. Check-in was great. Front desk check--in hostess Heavenly was very nice, pleasant and professional. I plan on returning when it's warmer to enjoy the pool area.
