Hotel staff, Bingo Hall, ******, Restaraunt and Bar - everyone who works there is nice and helpful. Had a really great Birthday Celebration getaway!

Friendly staff, room clean, hard mattress. Heater smelled. Smoke detector covered in plastic bag, coffee maker had to be moved to working outlet.

The room was pretty bright even with the blinds closed, but otherwise nice. Beds were comfy and clean.

Walls are very thin. People on both sides were very noisy. The TV was the size of a computer monitor.

It’s a ****** hotel. No smoking but you can smell smoke all the way thru hotel. Everyone stands right outside ****** do to smoke which is door you also enter for hotel. Rooms are nice but looks like carpet dirty in places. Would I stay again. Probably not because I don’t gamble. A little noise in that area

All help was great…except the rewards desk staff…they could not help you with the breakdown of the rewards that you can receive

Hotel was nice, room was clean and comfortable. It did have a slight chemical smell but other than that it was ok.

It’s a really nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The only complaint is the lack of light blocking curtains on the windows. If your room is facing the parking lot, it’s brightly lit at night. Has no decent restaurant, but Wild Creek a few miles up the highway is highly recommended.

Front desk staff was rude. Call me when I was at a family event two hours after we had already checked in to tell me they made a mistake and asked if we been in the room. When I responded yes they said hold on put me on hold then hung up on me. I called back proceeded to put me on hold again then hung up on me once again. Of course this is making me extremely angry I called back and asked for a manager and lady was extremely rude put me on hold once again. This time she came back to say it was her fault for the mixup and room we were in was fine and before I could say anything she hung up.
