Nice and Clean, good breakfast, very satisfied with staying in.

Hotel was very clean and smelled nice....even the elevators! Our room was comfortable and seemed to be very clean. We blew a fuse once using a couple hair dryers in the same outlet. It stopped the coffee maker too. We never could figure out how to raise the shade on the window. There were a couple wires that looked like they were not plugged into anything so I think the shad was broken. Breakfast was awesome! Overall, a very nice place for the money.

The front desk clerk who checked us in, your blonde girl, was more interested in her phone then providing good servce. Each time we walked past the desk she had the phone in front of her face, didn't even try to hide that she wasn't interested in her job, more interested in scrolling. Asked for mexican resturant recommendations and she told us she didn't like any in the area. First impressions are alway the most important in a business, may want to address this.

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and in our reservation comments, I had asked for "a quiet room since its ny wife's birthday". We got the exact opposite-the first room right next to the lobby and breakfast seating area. As soon as breakfast started at 6am, we could hear chairs scraping against the tile floor, people talking loudly....anything but quiet. The hotel didnt seem full by any means, we didnt ask to move rooms, we didnt want to be a bother and we hoped for the best. We asked for room service on our 2nd night-no room service happened, not a huge deal, we just requested some fresh towels from the front desk, but still.....All desk employees were nice and helpful. Beds were very soft in our opinion. Breakfast was pretty basic, thry did have an oa**ilk option, so it was nice to see something dairy free. I didnt see anything gluten free, so if you have dietary restrictions, you might be out of luck.

Our greeting when we arrived was outstanding. Although we arrived very early, the customer service representative at the front desk was great. She reassured us that everything was in order and suggested lunch ideas to get us set. We felt very welcome.

Stayed over 4th of July 2 nights this year and 2 nights 2022… both times have been wonderful… great staff, clean place, convenient and the rates are worth it… definitely returning 2024..

Room was clean and presentable but comforter and sheets had stains on them I didn't notice until the morning. Would be nice to see some gluten-free options at the breakfast.

Nice and clean. The beds we’re comfortable. The pool is a little small and no hot tub.

Very nice place to stay and the staff was really nice
